She sighed. She moved to set the cup down, but it slipped from her hand and hit the floor at about the same time her head hit the pillow.
"...guess I don't feel as well as I thought I did..." She looked over at Seph with half a smile. "I was...attacked yesterday."

Nyl Phairen She sighed. She moved to set the cup down, but it slipped from her hand and hit the floor at about the same time her head hit the pillow. "...guess I don't feel as well as I thought I did..." She looked over at Seph with half a smile. "I was...attacked yesterday."His otherwise dulled, near-uninterested eyes suddenly shot a glare in her direction. It wasn't directed towards her, though. "What?" His voice was different. What normally held a soft, flowing sound to it, his voice was suddenly sharp, jagged, direct. "By whom?"

"No one I'd ever seen before. He..." She looked away, sounding ashamed. "He knew my secret. He shot at me."

"I was busy...trying to fly away...it gave him a harder target to hit...he missed my heart, obviously..."
Something about Seph surfaced in Nyl's mind, and she looked at him with a frown.
"You...I need to speak to the other half of you."

Aven watched as Reeve left her eyes continuing to gaze over the direction he had gone long after he was out of sight. Finally she closed her eyes and heaved a sigh. Different thoughts zoomed in and out of her head like, when the angels were going to come for her, and what to do about things down on earth. After a moment of this her head started to hurt so she tried shaking the thoughts out which worked for a while then came back. She said something rather unlady like then jumped off the boulder landing with a soft "thud" on the ground. she then stretched her wings out and decided to follow where Reeve went. Once she found which room he was in she sat on the roof indian style and put her elbow on her inner thigh, her chin resting in her hand. It didn't take long after that for her to fall asleep.

"I have...two questions for you. ...You are one of the few...who knows what guns can do to me...did Sephiroth..." She stopped for a long few minutes, before finding the energy to talk again.
"did he...tell anyone? ...And the second thing...is about he and his loss of power..."

" I don't mean to answer a question with a question, but what would make you suspect he would?" The Protector nodded his head to the side and continued to stare at the Phoenix. " You wish to know more on his loss of power?"

"I do not suspect him. I'm trying...to eliminate him from...anyone else suspecting. He has been...strange, recently. And...and yes, I do want to know more..."
The Phoenix's voice trailed away, replaced a few seconds later by Nyl's.
"...but some other time. I...I wouldn't understand, right now...I'm dizzy..."

He nodded and moved to Nyl's side, fluffing her pillow softly and pulling the blanket over her. He stood. " Sleep well." He said. It was The Protector that turned and made his way to the door. Seph, who exited without another word.. ((I'm gonna head to bed. ^^ Well, watch FMA, then head to bed. =D G'night, Nyl! ))

((Though it's a bit late to say this, oyasumi nasai minna-san. ^.^))
An exhausted sigh flowed from Mitara's rosy lips as her eyes fell away from the hallway. She hadn't any clue what lied within the corridor, which three had already sauntered through. Whether rooms lined the edges, or if more training facilities could be found--though one stood a small distance away from her--, Mitara certainly was unaware. She had only just arrived, so the inner workings of the dojo were still a mystery (as were the instructors).
Well, there's no reason for me to delve into this enigma for now. I need some sleep.
A somnolent yawn passed from her lips as she eased her arms at her sides--permitting her hands to grasp the strap of her sack. She lifted the pouch as she pivoted toward the side, causing her legs to lift as the tip of her shoes pointed southward. Facilely, her feet brushed up against each other as both of her shoes fell soundlessly to the wooden floor. Her feet were now stripped of coverage, and still pointing down as she slowly swung her legs upon the drawn-out sofa. Due to the length of her body, her calves were left to perch upon one of the rounded rims of the sofa, and her feet dangled freely from the roost. Simultaneously, her back fell into the comfort of the flocculent cushions as she leaned her head onto the opposite rim. Her black sea of hair was only slightly disturbed, as a few strands cupped her cheeks and shadowed her quasi-exposed shoulders.
By now, she had reached a decent level of solace, as she lowered the pouch against her chest, and hugged it gently--smothering it with her arms and bosom. Her eyes were beginning to droop as they gazed somewhat listlessly at the long wooden rafters that rested far above her. Darkness lay within gaps that were found between sets of crossbeams, and between individual ones. Obscurity nearly engulfed the wooden beams as they stood strongly as a part of the dojo's infrastructure. This dimness soon began to invade Mitara's vision, as her eyes would close for a moment, but only to reluctantly open once more. "Hmm... I hope they don't mind. I think that I'll be able to find a room tomorrow."
I don't want to seem ungrateful, or careless. It feels a bit strange to sleep here, but I'm certain that man wouldn't mind. He seemed nice...
Another yawn flowed outwardly as Mitara's sluggish optics fell to a soothing close. She hadn't any strength left as she plunged into a dream-filled realm, one that lay within the far reaches of her subconscious, a place that she could only venture to when in the midst of sleep. And such needed rest plagued her now. As she slept, the hold upon her bag loosened to a small extent, and her chest went about the usual rises and falls--which were expected of such an unperturbed unconscious state. A strange fragility befell her in her rest, which contrasted heavily with the confidence that she usually wore and brandished as she strode to where she pleased. The pouch seemed to level her delicate quality as she involuntarily tightened her hold--managing a diminutive smile which fit the quaint size of the sofa that she reposed on.
Within that very bag lied any remaining ties that she had to her home; if anything, that appeared to be her safeguard for the night.

Zenrai A figure appears in the forest leaping from tree to tree, three at a time. Eventually coming to a stop just inside of eye shot. Its eye scans the place for anything out of the ordinary, before finally moving to the path to the very dojo. The figures chakra signiture is cloaked, and their activity isn't threatening. Soon the figure was on the ground coming upon the dojo. If there was no one outdoors, it would continue to the main dojo, entering. It had no aura of menace about it, it was just moving through the motions. If questioned it would answer. But until that time it would wait.
