It occurred to me that not every one in sunagakure was entirely ok with how tanto was removed granted it was a relatively bloodless transfer of power....

And if you name a genin then I'll just say that they don't matter. biggrin Well logically it would be almost statically impossible for every person in a given population to view an event from the exact same perspective meaning possible disagreements their. And yes a genin as well....Ryumon to be specific. He simply doesn't trust the new administration yet. He's not entirely sure how well he can serve a Kazekage that he doesn't trust, and weather he is wrong or right it is just how he feels....and like you said genin don't matter right?
