It's not a show it's a comic that's coming out. In Teen Titans #50 it is a show which the Titans watch and was said to be Bart's favorite TV show.

*goes to hide some of his...adult movies...so that Lian (and nobody in the League) finds them. most natural spot to stick 'em...why, Donna's old 70's record collection of course. And lo and behold, he finds candy in the process which he gladly takes to munch on*
