No one answered her.
Eliot's ears wilted. No one was here yet, there must still be battle she thought.
She was feeling more and more useless. She couldn't even get up to see into the room! What if the slaves were unable to answer her? Angry at her self for ahving travled so far without thinking she growled and turned her tail around. No matter what shape her body was in, she couldn't do anything without it.
I'm sorry Morelle. I need to be myself to do this. I love this form, but your personality runs into me, and i cannot stop it. It hinders my judgments, and my feelings. Its time that I got myself back on track, and continued to look for my father. I'm confused... but I came here to help slaves, adn that is what I will do. If it is useless, well I just don't care anymore. i need something to live for.
She ran back to Warren's room. She had no eyes for anything but her body. leaping up onto the bed she took a quick check of her wounds. She was still bruised but she would be fine. Stanfing straight, her tail high in the air. She felt her mind go blank.
Once more she axperience a disjointed feeling. Her concousness seemed to float in the air for a moment before her body greedily sucked it back inside of her.
She was expecting a blissful feeling, just like what she had felt entering Morelle's body. But she her real body was still in pain. She wan't prepared fpr the shock.
Her back arched and she screamed louder than she had ever screamed. the pain that had not been felt since her lashings out with the hooded man came flooding back to her. She felt her face being smashed to bars, her legs being torn by something dead. her nostrels even flared at the smell. She tossed her body, dislodging the blankets covereing her.
Toppling to the floor she convulsed, unable to control her movements. She felt multitudes of pain, as if her mind had stored everyhting away until she came back to it, and was dishing it out ten fold. The pain was o intenst parts of her body flashed to fur. her ears changed from Human to Animal and back again. Her tail came and fanished, bits of fur along her body sproouted and left.
She felt herself dry heaving, she flet her loos control of her bowels. And then everything stopped. And she lay on the floor naked, cold, and panting.

"My past still haunts me." The drow laughed softly, rather weakly. "I was bored this morning and now I have too much to swollow. On top of that, I should be helphing someone I gave a crown to, but personally, I don't care at the moment. I assume she is well?" Tarathiel's question lingured for a moment. "Well, Warhammer can help her as much as any, so she will recover."
The drow looked about his cabin, "I guess I'll have to sleep in here then."
"When was the last time you slept." Orko asked, rather hissfully.
"If you should know, I am not doing it very well."

Okay...well that pretty much jsut shot her confidence there. But she didn't look shocked for long at his blatant statement of first not letting her get what she wanted in and then telling her consequences as well. What was she all of a sudden? One of his slaves...oh she thought not. Thus a glare settled to her eyes and she balled a hand into a fist at her side. Damn her father...he had gave Malik a lead start on her. "Care to accuse me of keeping a secret from you as well while you're at it?" No, not a happy elf. "And you can't simply forbid me from going to meet with him, I'm not stupid Malik, I know he can't be trusted. But that is nto going to stop me from getting what I want. If there's one thing I've learned from you is that you can get anything you want if you really want it. By any means necessary." No, she wasn't done ranting either. "And you can't treat me like a child on the matter either, I want my answers from him and I intend to get them...and the only way to do that is to go without you. I would think it insulting that you think I can't at least handle him on my own."

Alla nodded. "She's well, just...in need of a lot of rest. Ifyou don't mind, captain, I'd like to sleep with the Oracle while she's recuperating. I don't want to leave her alone for very long, just in case she has some kind of relapse." She was alos dieing to sleep on a bed that big and comforatble looking, but she didn't let on to that little greedy part.
She smiled. This was as close to banter as this crew got. "Where to then? Oh, and we had best let that dragon know that all is well, before he comes looking for us.
Warren had left the room long ago to run his own errends, but Eliot did not find herself alone.
His head nearly upside down, Jell regarded the twitching woman with a smile on his face. "She fell right off the bed screaming!"
"Well I do say, that must of hurt."
"I bet!" He jumped up on the bed, and proceeded to roll off the other end while screaming. He thunked hard on the floor. "It does hurt! It really does!" He rubbed a goose egg. "No fooling."
Jaun wrapped himslef around one of the four posters. "Gee, you think she'll stop screaming any time soon?"
"I dunno, should be join her?" A shrug, and they both started screaming, big goofy smiles on their faces as the watched the woman on the floor twitch.
Jell spotted a wardrobe....

"Right, the dragon thing." Tarathiel looked at Orko. "Go tell the Dragon." A straight face was held for several seconds before Tarathiel burst out laughing, "No, I shall... We'll probably have another guest freeloading on me ship." Tarathiel yar'd.
"You can sleep with the Oracle," Tarathiel smiled, "in fact, I insist you sleep with the Oracle." In a hushed whisper to Orko, "We'll sell tickets, and then we'll be rich." The mage chuckled out of fear of death.
"Ok, do you want to come say all's well to the Dragon?"

"And I find it insulting that you bothered to hide that letter you got and then sneak to tell a slave to get things ready for you. And, Piper...look at that damn map. there's a thousand other places you can meet, for wany reason, and he picks a place as far from me as he can get, and then on top of it demands you come alone. I know well the treachery of Koada'Dal. he's alreayd laid a trap and you're going to walk right into it."
It was like talking to a willful teenager.
"I'm not letting you see Terran Gale alone. No way in Innoruuk's Cauldron."

Was he not listening or purposefully just being mean to her. "I wasn't hiding anything from you!" Oops, now we were yelling. "You told me no more secrets between us, and now you think I would go back on my word of that. That is insulting. Neither was I 'sneaking' as you put it. If anyone is, it's you for watchign my horse." Oh yes, Serino had already complained to her about it, that was the good thing about open windows. However, seemed she wasn't going to be backing down anytime soon. "And stop pointing out the obvious to me! I know damn well that his little meeting spot isn't right and that he's a snobby traitorous self righteous elf." He was doing that speakng like she was being stupid and naive thing, and that only heated her blood in the bad way. "I won't be alone, I'll have Serino and he's been with me for years. And I am going to go see him...and that's the end of the discussion." One more glare at him before she turned her back on him to walk away. Oh no, he wasn't getting his way this time.

Aella pointed at hereslf. "Me? I'll come if Warhammer stays here with Meilikki...if he's not then I am stayng." She didn't pick up the joke, Tarathiel had spoken to low for even elvish ears to here, though she did raise an eyebrow at the laughter.
Why was she willing to go? To keep herself busy and to stop thinking about some recent things she had done that she wasn't all that proud of.

Tarathiel smiled at her, "Then its settled." He turned and walked from the room. Once out side he pulled out his trust dragon summoning whistle, and gave it a nice short note.
"What's the wager at now?" Orko asked a drow. Who muttered a reply.
"Wow, that is alot."
Warhammer prayed over Meilikki's body, and even attempted a few healing spells to restore some more life to the frail body, but he wasn't entirely sure they would work. There was something strange about this woman, and how easily she entranced Tarathiel... Keeping to his mendings and prayer, the minotaur turned his thoughts away from the future, and held them more articulately onthe present.

Malik drew Malvolence, and gripped piper by the shoulder, tossed her back and slammed the blade into the stone at her feet.
"Serino is USELESS to you if he decides to just shoot you off your horse. or have his elven friends do it for him. Koada'dal never travel alone. Serino can't protect your from a sword, or an arrow, or an axe or throwing knife. and you, like it or not, are NOT an experienced fighter. You may have bested Terran in a competition, but in the real world, I don't have a doubt Terran is probably a far more experienced fighter than you are."
He stared at her, and ran an hadn through his hair.
"You are just being hotheaded and stubborn. why won't you learn that sometimes the best answer is having no answer. It's obvious someone sent him here. to find you, and chanes are that someone is there waiting to take you back to Andal, or to do god knows what to you. they want you alone, because they know you are an easy target on your own. even with Serino, for someone experienced in combat. I'm not letting you throw away your freedom or potentially you rlife becuase you want to know why one lousy Kaoda'Dal is here looking for you."

Eliot's ears where ringing. Her head throbbed and her legs were bleeding, the fresh scabbs having been torn in her thrashings. She gently probed her bruised face, she was till evry tender.
She looked up to see Morelle on the bed chattering in the direction of the wardrobe. She saw... things there.
"Hey wait just a minute! those are my cloths! Hey!" She bounded up off of the floor to get to them, finding her legs wobbly she stumble and held herself up on the bed. "Give those to me, they're mine!"

Her eyes brightened. "Another dragon ride?" She couldn't say that she wasn't excite. Then she smiled, "Or rather, another claw ride for you, a dragon ride for me."
She waisted no time in hopping on the dragons back, when he finally found his wat to the surface of the water and had settled himself in landing. She wondered if Lavi like her riding as much as she liked to ride...or maybe as long as Tarathiel was there he just didn't care one way or anothee.
She needed sleep, wanted sleep, but the paryers drew her to the surcae. SHe listed for some time to that calming voice. She kept her eyes closed, the hurt, felt like her eyelids were lined with sand.
"Prayers to the Earth Mother? I am hardley worthy of such words, dear minotaure." As much as it hurt to talk, she was relieved that she was still cabable of it.
Jaun had a cloak tied around his neck, Jell had the woman;s boots in his mouth. "Yourth?" He spat it out. "Oh is this yours? So glad I found you then, someone as just about to eat them.." he pointed at his brother.
"Jell, you're spit is still wet on the boot."
"Well would you lookat that?"
Jaun took the cloak, wrapped an arm through it and held it up to his face. "Beh!" He held the other clawed hand out, as if ready to strick. "I vant to suck your blud!" He dove at Eliot, showing real fangs.
Jell alughed and started to chew on the boot again.

His manhandling of her didn't seem to faze her at all, even him actualyl setting his sword into stone seemed to not be able to pull reaction from her. She only met eyes with him, the gold in them flicking a bit dangerously perhaps. "Stop pinning me as some little helpless thing Malik!" She wasn't going to say she knew what she was doing because that was jsut something he would laugh at and in reality she was winging it anyway. So best way to possibly get him to comply?Make him angry with her. "Throw away my freedom? You're taking it from me! Just liek you wanted to in the beginning when we met! So go ahead then, lock me up! Caged birds don't sing and loose thier spirits all too quickly, and last I heard that was the last thing you wanted to see in me, or are you going back on that too?" Yes, she knew she was being cruel about it...but getting him mad enough at her was the only thing she could think of at this point.

Tarathiel smiled, "I just enjoy to ride beside my ssinssrigginguy'ya." The drow elf scratched Lavi's head as he sat in the claw. "Let us return to the Earth Fire Dragon, brave Tsunami."
The dragon flew the short distance between the ship and the city much quicker than the last time, as the ship was much closer to the city. They flew over the colusium, Tarathiel hoping the other beast was still there.
Warhammer turned his head towards the Oracle. "Only the deserving refuse help." Was his one wod response, as he continued to pray over the body, "Do you feel your strength back? The Captian promised to keep you safe, and as such, so shall I." his soothing voice was very calming. The strange thing about Warhammer was, his voice was perticularly articulate.

Aella smiled. "Whatever floats your boat." A look backwards. "Yup, it's floating."
Tanudnra was indeed still there. he couldn't fly yet, and he coudln't take human form either. His scales, while formed and cooling, here still soft. He wouldn't be going anywhere for a little while yet.
And not to mention he was worried as hell! What was going on? He really had no idea.
A small smile. She never had anyone refuse her help. But then, he's was a bit of a different situation. "A bit stronger, yes." Her voice was like a whisper. "The captain? Ah yes, I id see him comming." Shre groaned a bit. "Most of it all meshes together..." She was used tos eeign the future, even in her sleep, even when her eyes were closed, but this forced viewing had been another experiance. Taxing, cruel. "The captain I remember."
The glow from the fire was comforting on her face, made the atmosphere in the room a pleasent one, even considering her state. "I should find a way to thank Tarathiel for his...hospitality."
