I really don't like it when he ties it up in a pony tail, unless we're talking about that tiny ponytail then that's alright. If he has to have long hair he should leave it down, it frames his face so much better than when it's all pulled back up.
It's not so flattering for his ears either, but really he should just go back to short hair it's so much cuter and nicer.
