I thought that was a really cool pic on MLB.com. Ryan Braun doesn't look good in his, though.

Here is NHL Hall of Fame: Class of 2007
Mark Messier, Center, (1979-2004)

A big, fast, edgy scorer n' playmaker as well as consummate leader, "Moose" was definition of complete player n' fire in belly of Oilers' dynasty. He earned Conn Smythe Trophy (playoff MVP) in 1984 when Edmonton won 1st of its 5 Stanley Cups. Messier fully emerged from shadow of departed Wayne Gretzky when, as captain in 1989-90, he reached a career-high of 129 points, won Hart Trophy (NHL MVP), n' led Oilers to Cup.

Acquired in 1991 by New York Rangers in hope that he would will them out of their 54-year Cup drought, Messier won his 2nd Hart, with a 107-point season in 1991-92. He ultimately delivered silverware in 1994, n' his guarantee of victory over New Jersey before Game 6 of Eastern Conference finals is stuff of lore. Messier scored a hat trick to force Game 7, which Rangers won before beatin' Vancouver for Cup, 4 games to 3.

Messier spent 3 seasons with Vancouver before returnin' to Broadway in 2000 to close out his illustrious 25-year career as NHL's 2nd all-time scorer (1,887 points) with 694 goals (7th) n' 1,193 assists (3rd). In tribute to 15-time All-Star's greatest attribute, NHL in 2006 created the monthly Mark Messier Award for player who best exemplifies leadership on n' off ice.

Scott Stevens, Defenseman, 1982-2004

Drafted 5th overall in 1982 by Washington, with whom he spent 8 seasons, Stevens brought scoring n' bone-jarring physicality to ice. After toppin' 60-point mark 4 times with Capitals n' establishin' himself as 1 of NHL's most formidable blueliners, St. Louis Blues surrendered 5 1st-round picks to Washington in order to sign him as a free agent in 1990.

After 1 season in St. Louis (1990-91), Stevens was awarded to Devils as compensation for Blues signin' Brendan Shanahan. Appointed captain, Stevens n' his trademark boomin' hits vs. Detroit in 1995 Cup final ignited Devils' run to 1st of 3 championships durin' his 13-year tenure. In 2000, he won Conn Smythe as Devils downed Dallas in 6 games for Cup.

As much as Stevens was a premier defenseman -- he never finished with a minus ratin' in any of his 22 seasons -- he did not win Norris Trophy. 13-time All-Star remained remarkably durable despite his brutal plyin' style n' ranks 1st all-time among defensemen with 1,635 games played.

Ron Francis, Center, 1981-2004

Ironically, Francis was a consolation pick by Hartford Whalers, who drafted him 4th overall in 1981 after Boston Bruins beat them to player they really wanted: Bobby Carpenter. Francis scored 25 goals as a 19-year old rookie n' ultimately became Hartford's captain durin' his 10 seasons with Whalers.

Traded to Penguins in 1991, Francis joined Mario Lemieux n' Jaromir Jagr in time for 1st of 2 successive Stanley Cups (1991, `92). In Pittsburgh, Francis blossomed into 1 of NHL's most respected 2-way players n' leaders. With Lemieux injured in 1994-95, Francis took over as captain n' won Selke (best 2-way forward) n' Lady Byng (gentlemanly play) trophies.

After 7 full seasons in Pittsburgh, durin' which he hit 100-point mark twice -- includin' career-highs of 119 n' 92 assists in 1995-96 -- Francis was signed by Carolina at age 35 in 1998. He spent 5 seasons with Hurricanes, helpin' them reach 2002 Stanley Cup Final, n' finished his career with 549 goals, 1,249 assists (2nd all time) n' 1,798 points (4th). He is now `Canes director of player development.

Al MacInnis, Defenseman, 1982-2004

After developin' his trademark slapshot by practicin' in his family's barn in Port Hood, Nova Scotia, MacInnis was drafted 15th overall by Calgary Flames in 1981. He made quite an impression on NHL by splittin' mask of goaltender Mike Liut in a 1984 game. No 1-trick pony, MacInnis was a crafty power play quarterback who liked to tee up slapper n' then dish off. Among his career high of 103 points in 1990-91 were 75 assists.

An exceptionally hard worker, MacInnis spent 11 full seasons with Calgary. He was a lethal postseason scorer -- 160 points in 177 career playoff games -- who helped Flames reach 1986 Cup final. He won 1989 Conn Smythe with 7 goals (includin' 4 game-winners) n' 24 assists in 22 playoff games as Calgary won Cup by beatin' Patrick Roy n' Canadiens.

Traded to Blues for Phil Housley n' picks in July 1994, MacInnis proved he was more than just an offensive threat by winnin' the Norris Trophy in 1999. He spent 10 seasons in St. Louis, his career ultimately shortened by a stick to eye in 2001. He finished with 340 goals (3rd all-time among defensemen), 934 assists (3rd), 1,274 points (3rd) n' 12 All-Star appearances, durin' which he usually owned slapshot competition.
