"I really don't want to tell you this but....he didn't talk much about his biological family. I think it hurt too much for him to think about it...And we were both so young, he didn't think I would be able to handle that information."

"I suppose I don't mind that he didn't say much. At least he remembered," Raki said a bit more cheerfully. "You know, you're actually really nice guy when you aren't shouting at me. I actually feel bad for bullying you back at the hospital." He felt better that he had at least been on his older brother's mind, though he still sort of wished he grew up with him. At least they can live together from now on.

Leo smiled, glad that they could get along now. "Yeah...you're not so bad when...you know, you're not being an a**." he said with a small laugh. "It's all okay though. I'm so used to having him all to myself....it's a bit of a change for me but I'll get over it." He was still a little disappointed that they didn't have anything in common though.The Crazy Tomboy ((I need to start rping with Rin and Elsa more. I just don't always find the right situation for them to pop in! >< ))

Leo grinned brightly at the subject change to fairs. "I love the fair! I don't really go on many rides, I just like to eat all of the yummy food. Last time me and Asher went to a fair I tried elephant ears for the first time. But don't worry, they're not real elephant ears, just fried dough with powdered sugar and honey." he said with a small laugh. "We also went onto the bumper cars!!" he said excitedly, calming himself down for a few moments. "I don't know why but...the fair always makes me feel the most normal. Everyone that goes there is usually too busy to notice my being blind and there are so many sounds going on that it's easy to imagine what everything looks like."

"Did anyone say 'No elephants were harmed in the making of these ears'?" Raki asked when Leo mentioned the oddly-named pastries. "We should all go to the fair sometime! I bet I can hit you at the bumper cars more than you could hit me!" He could understand why Leo liked bumper cars. The objective was to hit people, which means there was no need for a sense of direction unless a driver had been after a specific target.

Leo blushed a little but laughed anyways. "W-well...I don't know if there was a sign like that...I can't see but Ash didn't tell me if there was any sign like that." he said with a little smile as he listened to the dare from Raki. "Actually the person to beat is Ash, he's better at bumper cars than me because...you know he can actually see who he wants to bump into." he said softly but he kept smiling so as to show that he wasn't depressed about putting himself down.

"Maybe we can team up on him, then!" Raki suggested excitedly. "He can't go after both of us at the same time." He wondered what else Leo liked at the fair. There probably aren't many games to play unless said games were purely chance games, in which one doesn't need to see to win. "What sorts of games do you like? Have you ever gotten prizes from any?"

Leo had to think about this for a minute or two. "I like the duck game....you know the one where you take the ducks out of a kiddie pool and read the number on the bottom for a prize. I like the ping pong ball game too where you toss a ping pong ball into cups or jars of water for a prize. You don't really need to see for those games, just faced in the right direction." Leo wasn't sure of any other games besides those.

Just as was predicted. "There don't seem to be a lot of those, though," Rakii said. He was already getting bored with the topic about fairs. "Let's change the subject to animals. What animals do you like? Those that make lots of noise? Or maybe the quiet ones? I like Dalmatians! You know, those spotted dogs that, for some reason, are associated with firefighters? Other dogs are nice, too, but Dalmatians are my favorites!"

"I like tigers." he said softly as he tried to imagine seeing one at the zoo when him and Ash were little. "Before I lost my sight we went to the zoo and I saw a tiger for the first time. Thats when we were kids. I've never seen one since and I fell in love with them. They're just such big and powerful creatures." Leo couldn't help but smile at the image in his mind.

Raki saw this as an opportunity to show off some animal facts of his. "Do you know tigers chuff when greeting? Listen!" he said and then he chuffed. "They also love water, for some reason. Most cats hate it, but tigers don't. Kinda weird, huh?" He figured Leo may have already known that, though. People who liked something usually knew a bit about that something they liked."Well, you two seem to be getting along well," said Asher as he stood at the doorway. He had heard some excited chatter nearby and had decided to investigate, relieved to find his brothers (he was going to have to get used to that) conversing like good friends.

Leo couldn't help but laugh with Raki a little. "Yeah it's strange that such a large cat likes water, but the small ones don't." he said softly. The sudden sounds of his brother's voice suddenly near him made Leo jump and squeak a little. "Don't do that! You know I hate it when you sneak up on me!" he whined as he tried to let his heart settle down.

Asher laughed when Leo got scared over his voice. "Well, how did you want me to come in while you're conversing?" he asked as he strode over and ruffled Leo's hair. He then faced Raki. "I see you've stopped bullying your new brother." His biological brother nervously scratched the back of his head at the comment.

Ash had a point, even if he didn't mean to scare him it probably wouldn't have worked out very well. He blushed at the ruffle to his hair like some kind of lovestruck teenager but he quickly wiped that look off his face. He knew Raki would find his feelings for Ash weird. "W-we've been talking about things we like....We found out we both like the fair."
