As the armored figure landed nearby, Elyria swung around and blocked Vic's lightsaber with her own, "Have you come now to taste my blood. Vic..is there no end to your hatred?...were we not friends once?..Can you not forgive me your father's folly? she pushed him back and swung her lightsaber towards his midsection

Chimera: 365HPDemonicus could do nothing but glare at the image of the other ship. His gun crews fired once again.

Wonyky (OK I need to point something out to you guys, my character attack style is defensive. That means that I can negate and redirect damage back. So please stop stating what my health is until I had a chance to counter. Plus, Covin, don't decide on what may or may not happen in your post. Because for a second there in your post you took control of my character and didn't allow me the chance to counter. It goes against the battle system that was created. So can you please edit your post so that I don't have to. I have yet to abuse my crew power and I am not about to start. This is taken directly to from the battle system page,
"DEFENSIVE...
They will use the "block and counter" method where you have to roll the same die you were attacked with. A successful roll on your part negates the damage done by your attacker and deals it back to them based on your rank."For my rank I can do this: "Successful block/counter deals 100% damage back to the attacker. For example: An aggressive Master uses a D12. Even if he misses, you must roll a D12. If your roll is successful, you take no damage and deal 90HP to him." Does this make sense to you? SO am going to refuse to post until you fix the glaring abuse that you decided to take when you took control of my character without my permission. If this doesn't work for you, then I can fix it myself. And by fix, I mean get rid of a significant portion of what you posted. And even if the counter fails and what you said does happen, it doesn't change anything about what I just said.) The trouble with your fighting style is that it's use is entirely in post-edit, and thus I would have to wait for your roll in order to write any story at all. As a literary based game first and a dice system second, we have to be willing to make allowances for this and edit should your rolls warrant it. I did read all the rules... and I didn't god mod or kill you. The rest we can sort out. I suppose some clever editing could work to give you that opportunity though... We already know that you missed your attack on Elyria, so her response should be unaffected. Give me a moment to write an edit that will keep Zara's story intact. Trust me, it won't involve a significant portion of my post. You were only the last few lines. Also, please direct future correspondence of this nature to personal messages or ask for a mediator rather than blasting me in the main forum. Thanks! NOTE: Edit has been posted. Areas that required adjustment have been italicized to alleviate confusion. Please roll your attempt to counter so we can continue. I will not be offended if you indicate how you hit me if you hit me... that is not taking control of my character.

Fallenjedi 755 the point defense gunners were working overtime keeping the fighters off the Mace Windu. "Reinforce shields, keep firing" Walking along the bridge, Kad looked out at the Corruo and watching as some of their shots hit home. "Make them pay for all the pain they've caused the Galaxy."

Raven Rahl Just then the creature from the temple came in out of nowhere causing Rahl's swipe to miss high. Glaring at him, Rahl growled, "Don't interfere! Endar is mine!" Skandaronous Chuckled a little before his reply. "Interfere? We will always Interfere. Dark, Light, Neutral....We are One!" Activating His armor's Energy absorbing shields and Light Gauntlets, He launched himself At Rahl. The Attack was meant to be nothing more than a series of blocking strikes. If anything, He was trying to injure and not kill. If necessary, He would do the same with the Jeda'ii too.

Tython-Crystal caves
Wilca walked for what felt like days in the pitch black of the cave only the force to guild him. He could almost hear the whispers from every Je'daii that had ever passed through the ancient cavern, and when he closed his eyes he could still see the echos of the young Je'daii girl and her master who had led him to the mouth of the cave guiding him still through the winding maze of tunnels. The girl Wilca knew he knew her from somewhere but could not place it, and her master... Even as an echo he could feel so much strength emanating off of him, and Wilca wondered at what wisdom he shared with his young padawan what secret words that only a master knows. It was only then that Wilca realized how alone he was on the world even with the other younglings at the academy none had his drive his conviction. Wilca remembered the oath he took the code of the Je'daii, and his blood stirred,his pulse quickened, and he could feel the force tingle in all of his extremities. Then he spoke
"There is no ignorance; there is knowledge.
There is no fear; there is power.
I am the heart of the Force.
I am the revealing fire of light.
I am the mystery of darkness
In balance with chaos and harmony,
Immortal in the Force."
after the last syllable dripped from his tongue the cavern walls began to glow. Faint at first but the light grew brighter and brighter until it was nearly blinding, then Wilca saw. He saw hundreds of thousands of crystals some as large as light freighters some smaller than a grain of sand but all burning with the force, and Wilca saw more than that. He saw the true power of the force, and had taken the first true step to understanding it, the first true step to mastering it

Vengeance Health 500 Despite the turbolasers harrowing their enemy, the Vengeance was doing surprisingly little damage.
"Admiral our weapons are having little effect."
"Come about and fire with the forward heavy turbolassers. That'll put more than a dent in them."
"Aye sir!"
The vengeance swung around swiftly, targeted the Je'daii frigate's weapons and began hailing a storm of lasers on them.
