[Even though the black warrior tried to sleep, slumber did not come easily to him as he tossed around in his nest. Finally, he sighed and got up, making his way towards his leader's den.]

[Rainpaw returned to the river. She started to fish along with Redfur.] "Shallowpaw wasn't there." [Rainpaw sighed. She caught a fish then put it aside.] "You really need my help when it comes to fishing don't you..?"

[Rainpaw smiled.] "I love you too, Redfur." [She continued to fish along side Redfur.] "If only.. We could be mates.." [She thought of how wonderful it would be if Redfur and her were mates. They would have beautiful kits together, and she knew it.]

[Redfur stopped fishing. He looked at the pile of fish they had caught together. Even though they were talking, they still caught a lot.] "I think we over did it with the fishing..." [Redfur chuckled a little.] "I'll take half and you take the other half." [Redfur picks up have the fish they had caught and starts walking back to camp with Rainpaw.]

[Rainpaw picks up the fish and walks along side Redfur.] "Were finally mates!" [Rainpaw thought.] "We should train on my battle moves again.. After we drop off the fish." [Rainpaw wanted to train so she could be a warrior soon. It was her dream to be a warrior. Fight with her clan, knowing everything she had been taught.]

"Okay. If you want to. But I think you need to see the boarders. It's important that you know where they are so you don't pass them." [Redfur drops the fish into the fresh-kill pile and left towards the boarders with Rainpaw.]

"Okay! Grayclaw never took me to the boarders. It would be nice to know where they are." [Rainpaw followed Redfur out of camp and near the boarders. She was about to see her first glimpse of where the other clans were.]
