Well realistically by then Cit would have aged to where he's now a young teenager sweatdrop so he won't be as crazy...well as energetic as he was in Locky Down or something like that.
When he gets more mature he just says random crap XD I remember in one fight he tilted his head, smiled while looking into the girl's eyes, and said "there's blood in the water" sweatdrop Later on he truly seems to psychopathic.................but with a heart heart

I believe that that should be a random gag that happens to him... lol
like a random shot when he needs to think clearly and fight strategically, gets hit in the head, and win. Then almost immediately after the battle get hit again, and go back to his normal self...
