128 is now open but it's empty. that bugs me so im trying to put something there.
plus a new page means it wouldnt hurt to repost my questions so they can get looked at.
If you would rather me not repost them every page let me know, but i would rather they not go ignored.
im considering another rpc, and was looking at my options.
1. is there a system for the puppetmasters? or should i just choose something different?
2. does Sealing jutsu cound against your elements?
3. if you have a bloodline like Mokuton that gives you 3 elements (suiton, doton and mokuton) do you start with them all or do you have to earn them normally? does that take up all your possible slots?

1) Should there be? Its a puppet.
2) Yes, and you may only have it with the sealing master type.
3) The base elements, yes, but you must unlock the bloodline element through RP. You get a third element at jounin.

1. I dunno i thought I saw people asking about the progress on a system, so I thought something was in the works.

3. alright, how do you unlock it through rp? and does it matter your rank? (the bloodline page says nothing about this)

i asked this question a couple of pages ago, but i'm not sure if anyone saw/answered it....
er, how can someone get stronger? like, i know its common sense to train and learn jutsus and junk, but in terms of rank strength. isn't there a rule that a person cannot beat another ninja two ranks higher than them? how would one go about increasing their rank, if not in title, than just plain skill level? i ask this because it seems the advancement in ninjaness stops at chuunin, (genin test and chuunin exam) also, i wanna advance my rpc to a sannin level ninja, so i can pwn some more ninja

Were gonna have Jounin exams too (Chuunin to Jounin) We just havent made it yet.
As for Jounin to Saanin..........thats a tricky one. Theres really no defined system for it, but were making one. Obviously we cant have simple exams for it. I suppose one way is if a jounin gets promoted to Kage, then they become S rank. Other than that..........ehh, to lazy to think of more ways.

sorry, i know this may be another stupid question, but. if you have to use it in a life or death situation, do you automatically learn a jutsu or a tree sprouts out of the ground in a non-jutsu fashion or what?

Not to sound like a "This is supposed to be exactly like naruto"-er but the only reason there were sanin is because the first, strongest Amekage ((next to pain)) was held off by Jiraiya's team, so he named THEM the legendary sannin. It wasn't a position that all villages had. That said, I believe we should call them konin!

indeed sannin is the legendary three. i just never brought it up, since i think it still works as a rank.

actually, we could do Jonin commander instead. (like Shikaku Nara is in the real Naruto series) that way it would make sense to only have one per village. I actually think that is a better idea than sannin now that i think about it

Question regarding the Inner Decapitation technique. Hinote brought it up through PM, but I wasn't really sure what to say back to him. Should it be able to move through sand? If so, why do we have a technique made for the Sunaton users that allows them to move through sand...?
