((Oh crap...the Atlantis is heading to Sentinel? Vexis and Aerclayr are DEAD MEAT! xd ))
Layla just stared up at Erin, still unable to budge in the slightest. "I would if I could!" she managed to say, struggled, but she managed anyway.

Vexis pulled out a little device from her pocket, a virtual touch-screen popped up in mid air from it. The screen displayed Rosa's status on it (from the out-dated data disc she had), Vexis played around with various options on it, finally bothering to say anything. "Err...I've got some bad news..." Vexis explained to Aerclayr, eyes still glued to the blueish screen. "That robot thing with Damien, well, the ship its on is...currently heading towards Sentinel System..."

Rosa's eyes changed from green to blue now, whatever blue represented now that Kira was gone. The adaptive units on the sides of her head shifted slightly, forming into a signal receiver of some sort. "Unknown signal is currently requesting access to internal system data, accept or decline?" Rosa asked no one in particular, though it was most likely intended towards Damien.
Damien headed over to Rosa, a bit confused (as usual). "Decline! Wait wait...are you able to pinpoint the signal IP?"
"Negative. Though its location seems somewhere near the Sentinel System..."

((Hmm if you say so. I won't brag about Aerclayr... but suffice to say I beg to differ on that account.))
Aerclayr moved to look over Vexis' shoulder. "I only helped you because either I was extremely pissed off at your foes or I was against them anyway."
This monotone excuse was light, and Aerclayr doubted that he really meant it. He had trouble admitting this to himself, however.
"What? That information is out of date. I see how you could track the robot, but they're always getting upgrades. How old is that data? Nevermind, it doesn't matter. Don't worry; I'll swerve around, but not until the opportune moment do we attack. Trust me - I'm good at this."
It also helped that, unspoken between the two, it was known that neither of them had a very favorable chance of winning the battle that was sure to come alone. Together, however - if not allies, at least not enemies - they had a better shot. And mercenaries took advantage of the situation at all times.
Aerclayr found himself at the navigation console, operating the ship's engines to turn around slowly.
They were already quite a distance away from the planet, and if the ship wasn't in sight already - which it was not - then it wouldn't see them at all as it was docking. They had the element of surprise. Or so Aerclayr thought.

Erin offered Layla her hand, "Well, you should at least get on your feet. Apparently MAI is already after the intruders..."

As Jeremy cowered in the lab, watching as Myna units marched out in their colored squads of 30 to make a 256 palette of colors (there are 7680 Myna units online! mwahahaha!), DAI tried to extend it's reach to the stars above. hacking into the Sentinel comms, he sent out an encrypted message to the skies, hoping to find allies.
Miku took this moment to grab Ren in a surprisingly human fashion. She ran to the remnants of the Project O lab, jumping into the elevator and sliding down to the mile-deep cave.

Kaito reeled as the digital universe in the room whirled around him, falling out another door into a white hallway with polished black floors. regaining his senses, he ran through the largely empty ship, finding the drones crewing all the important systems, and patrolling the hallways near them. He ducked into the fighter bay, which now had a yellow-tinged atmospheric shield to keep air in. He watched as Miku and Ren jumped into the bay with him.
"Miku! What's going on? Where were you?"
"Dr. Erin kidnapped us... The facility is under attack."
"Not by these drones, is it? these things are impervious to everything I've thrown at them!"
"No... two intruders. MAI, the android that slaughtered your team is working on destroying them."

"Wrong... new data. Three intruders. one is biological. another is what can be described as a cyborg, and the last is a definate machine with human bio-matter."
"A cyborg?" Jad's face became dark.

MAI and her Myna entourage jumped of the platform, jetpacks forming as the group blasted out of the landing pad enclosure, "Seek and destroy enemy ships within range." MAI ordered, and the Myna units spread out. MAI blasted back to the pad, awaiting any fools who dared to land.

((Weelll...with hundreds EDIT: okay, THOUSANDS of Mynas running around, as well as the Atlantis' crew...things could get a bit difficult... xd ))
Vexis frowned slightly, she kept getting spammed with "Declined Access Request" screens every time she tried to access Rosa's network data. "Humph...these people are stubborn I see, guess I wont be able to see what they've created out of this thing..."

Layla ignored Erin, she reached out towards the wall with her one still functioning robotic arm, pulling herself up as best she could. "My left arm is not working anymore, movements in all other places are difficult as well...do you have any machinery in this place able to repair parts on 150 series military robotics? That should be sufficient enough to fix whats necessary..."

((o_O ooo... this is bad for the Atlantis. They're actually closer then the hi-jacked ship, and nobody on Sentinel would know that... until Layla recovers from her paralysis and notices her ship is gone. rofl ...))
Marth stared out his window at the quickly approaching planet. Something didn't seem right... somehow, Marth had the ominous feeling that they were in danger....
Blake was waiting outside the Dark Eagle, wondering if Jad planned to come out of his hidey-hole anytime soon.
((I believe that the poor captain of the Atlantis would be waiting out there, too, unless she went somewhere else... I can't remember.))

Maggie continued to rock herself on her bed. She was completely unaware of any of the new events unfolding around her. The girl was deeply enthralled in the recesses of her own psyche.
Aerclayr (assuming Vexis had followed him to the helm so she could still be speaking to him) frowned, but was not surprised. "That's to be expected, though, you know? All right, we're maneuvering around them now. We're approximately... twice as far from Sentinel as they are, and they're directly between us and the planet... -thing. This ship has... surprisingly good Stealth technology... this 'Layla' you were hunting; she had great, practical tastes."

"I'm headed to my ship, Nina. I'll be back with the Ascendant Dragon and we can leave this Imperial area as soon as we can." Jad said, brushing past Dr. Len.
Arriving at his ship, he looked at Blake, "Are you going to gun my secondary weapons? If so, I could use you. I've been flying without using my Delta cannon and it's linear accelerator sub guns for the past hundred years..."

Erin looked at Layla, "We have series 170 military robotics, unless you'd prefer the 180's. which just moved into the production phase... The Factory should have you covered... After all, even thought Dr. Len was an idiot, he still invented the standard frame we use today..."

((ah... i had thought they were already IN the dark eagle - Jad and whoever was fixing the robot, anyway. oh well.))
Blake grinned. "I do love cannons," he replied, following Jad to find the appropriate secondary interface. He began to spoke into his wrist pad, announcing what he was doing. Marth replied that he wanted to go, too - he was suspicious of something. Blake glanced at Jad. "All right if Marth comes along?"

Vexis shrugged "Hey, you never know, I've been able to see data on highly 'secure' weapons and such because of someone's major screw up in the encryption codes..." she chuckled slightly, imagining how soon afterwards that person must've been fired from their job. She looked around at the smooth and advanced interior of this ship, not really noticing it before now. "Yeah....supposedly that Layla took part in a major project of one of the empire's side divisions called Axion, I think that Damien guy is also part of that division...something about developing an advanced weapon or something..." Vexis explained, not even thinking about Rosa as the possible 'advanced weapon or something'.

Layla sighed slightly "Figures, all the morons come up with the better inventions..." her face held a bitter expression as she thought about Kira several years ago, the same situation with Erin and Len applied to her almost perfectly.

Aerclayr shrugged as well, in response. "Do you have any particular combat specialties or equipment - other than the ability to become intangible?"
They were back on track now - and in a potentially dangerous situation that would escalate rapidly into a definitely dangerous situation soon enough. Aerclayr was business again, his grim jaw closed as he cataloged in his mind any and all advantages they had.

Vexis thought about his question for a moment, not nearly as serious as Aerclayr was. "Nah, I'm pretty useless." Vexis said, a comical looking grin on her face. "I normally just...improvise in battle." She explained, trying to think about anything useful she might have, but couldn't think of anything in particular.

The male mercenary snorted and rolled his eyes - although not while Vexis could see - at the strange indifference to preparation. "Are you skilled at fighting, then? From what I could tell... Layla was sort-of whooping your a**."

((Awesomeness cool lol maybe next time I'll make an update, might take a while, though...I tend to go into excruciating detail... xd ))
"I was just faking that! I figured she would be caught off guard if I waited to attack better..." Vexis denied what he said, though she was obviously lying. Vexis grumpily glared at her little computer screen, coming to the conclusion that she really was quite useless, how she survived this long on her own is a mystery.
