So I can confirm a few things.
Ditto + Everstone does NOT pass down nature. Even though Gamefaqs breeding guide says so. Male + Everstone MIGHT pass down nature. It's either that or I'm extremely unlucky... I bred about 10 Muuna using a female and a Timid Ditto. Only two came out Timid.
Synchronize and Dream World do NOT work. Probably because it's not a random encounter and you don't actually send out a Pokemon. I spend 3 hours trying to get a modest or timid Nidoran male that I am currently EV training. Sheer Force Nidoking FTW!

I can see that haha. There are some aspects I wish were easier...like... all of it haha. But it can be fun when you're sick or need something else to focus on.
