Shouji sat down.
"Nemi actually came from the lightning Country, somewhere around Kumo. Her father was the fuederal lord there, but somewhere around her second birthday her family died out, exucuted by someone, so she was passed on. The problem was, ever year, on the same day, Nemi would wake up to find them dead as well. She never caught the murder. I'm pretty sure he or she gave up, once Nemi started living alone, because they thought she had no one close to her. It was very hard for her to trust me enough so I could teach her.. she wasn't afraid OF me, she was afraid FOR me, even back then she had a pure heart. I think the last total was six, six families killed, since she came to the village at eight. " He ran a hand through his hair. "When she found out about you, she imediatly asked if she could help. Without even waiting for me to answer she ran off to go find you, she's still scared of course. Scared that, that person who had murdered her families, will catch up and go after us."

Kiku tilted his head to listen and his eyes grew wider and wider as he spoke. Someone decided to murder any family close to her? It was the same as him having anyone too close that they kill themselves or die by a accident. "That's...that's horrible..." he had to have her help now! If she helped him then he could help her. "Thanks brother...I'll go find her..." he smiled softly and stood up before ruffling shouji's hair for the fun of it and walking out.
Keiro went back upstairs, that had been shocking to hear.

Shouji grumbled a bit, rolling his eyes.
"Now who's the little one.." He chuckled a bit and went to get something to eat.
Nemi was sitting in the middle of the mass of apple trees, the white blossoms sprouting all around her. This was her favorite place, it's where she could look at the stars and see them in all their glory. The moon was out as well, which made the whole thing that much more breath taking.
"I wonder if you guys can hear me.. if you can see me."

Kiku followed nemi's chakra as best he could, coming up by her from behind the tree and sticking his handsin his pockets like he usually did. "The sky is beautiful..."

Nemi jumped a bit and looked back at Kiku, biting her lip. She looked back up.
"Yup, sometimes, I think once a year... the moon is really bright and it makes everything seem like it's glowing. I come here when I can't sleep..." She gripped the grass, hearing a few of the roots ripping. "... I'm sorry, sorry I can't help you Kiku-kun... I feel so useless..."

Kiku looked at her and smiled softly at startling here, it was cool sometimes to use the shadows to sneak up at people. "The moon is so pretty at this time of night..." he sat by her on the ground and hugged her close. "I was afraid to let anyone come close anymore...they usually died so I tried to distance myself from friends."

Nemi hugged him back, trying not to cry. That fact made her only feel worse, he was letting her in now, but she couldn't do anything right.
"Y-Your letting me i-in...... b-but I can't do anything. I'm so useless, I can't do anything to help you... I can't do anything right.. I'm sorry..."

Kiku stroked her hair, it had been a long time since he held someone so close. "Your not useless, shouji told me how you ended up here, we're both in the same loneliness so the best thing to do is stick together so we have someone to talk too." he smiled at her.

Nemi looked up at him shocked, her heart pounded but she ignored it and nodded, burying her face in to his shoulder.
"D-Did Shouji-sempaii tell you?" She asked quietly, she hoped Shouji hadn't told him too much. Like how Shikamaru had died because of her?

Kiku shook his head. "Just how you got here and about the unknown murders." he played with her hair.

Nemi nodded a bit, cuddling close to him because for once she felt safe.
"O-Okay..." She wouldn't allow the person to kill Kiku, she wasn't losing this family. She knew she just put him in great danger but she'd do something for him for once... "Kiku-kun... now that you know what happened to me.. c-can you t-tell me w-what happened t-to you?"

Kiku pulled away a bit, gritting his teeth until he got the guts to tell her. "I-I saw my first Sensei, valli commit suicide by hanging himself when I was fourteen and then my second Sensei..." he was slightly crying. "He blew his head off infront of me..." the last Sensei had been the worst that made him so depressed at times.

Nemi hugged him tight.
"I'm so sorry Kiku-kun..." she clenched his shirt. "That person, whoever he or she is.... I won't let them get to you and Shouji-sempaii... that person has to know by now."
"Oh but I do..." The figure stepped out of the trees.
Nemi's eyes got wide and she stumbled up, letting go of Kiku and taking a defensive position in front of him.

Kiku got wide eyed and stood up, he searched for his weapons but they were still at the asylum in custody. "Damn..." he looked at nemi with sad eyes, he could blend intothe shadows and escape but he couldn't leave her.

The man laughed.
"Oh Nemi, how naive..." He slapped her hard, sending her flying off to the side. "Pathetic.."
Nemi landed and let out a little gasp of surprise. She got up and jumped in to the air, kicking the person away.
The man landed his hood flipping back, revealing his face.
Nemi began to cry, she knew who this was.
"D-D.....Daddy?" She asked in a small voice, seeming to die right there somehow. "H.... How? W....wh..why?"
