I've done that a couple times...although when I retype they always end up being better then when I originally wrote it.

Hell I had to learn that the hard way, and I still don't type them out in word. I find that my originals are actually better than my retypes, cause the second time aroudn I'm just pissed at the world and rush the general idea of the old post.
