The nineties... What a wonderous era. Everything was so shiny and holographic. Crossovers were all the rage. And the day was populated by clones, enraged aliens and cybernetically-enhanced musclebound anti-heroes of MOST X-TREME proportions... Oh, how I miss it.

The nineties were too busy being X-TREME to consider such trivialities as proper proportions. As for the pouches, where else do you expect these beings to store their mass amounts of artillery? Your arms can only hold so many oversized guns and exploding things before you have to seek out other storage methods.
