"I don't know... I'm not afraid of death... but maybe it's because I'm happy with my life now. I have the most important people in the world to me around me, so if I die... they'll be here to carry my memory with them. Death's really not that scary." She sighs softly. "And then there are those who take fear too far... Those are the most dangerous people. As for those who do die before their time... become vengeful spirits... those can be appeased. All they want is justice, or a feeling of completeness." She shrugs again. "I don't know. People die for a reason, we can't meddle with God's affairs. Then we'd become Gods... and no one's strong enough to tamper with power like that without being corrupted..."

She looks at him calmly, scanning him quickly, then sighs and leans back. "Maybe in your belief, God doesn't exist. But I would hate to live in a world without Him. I think he does exist. But I'm not going to shove my beliefs down your throat." She gets up and walks back over to Spike and settles down close to him.

She nods, getting up and careful to drape Spike's cloak around him to kep him warm. "Let's go." She steps inside her tree into a vortex leading to the training grounds, waving behind her. "Join me at the Training Grounds."
