There are few problems with this...

The first is that you are breaking a guild rule to allow ninjustu with the gates. The second is that it is Clan ability of Uchiha to see a technique preformed and then beable to preform themselves.

Uchiha Secret Technique: Self Hatred- a genjutsu that utilizes the Mongekyou Sharingan, when used the user's body begins to fade from the area. the image of the user's sharingan appears before the opponent at a colossal size. when seen by the opponent they can not take their gaze from the eyes that sit before them. the user then has the ability to appear anywhere around the opponent while his/her attention is fixed upon the eyes. the user then has the ability to attack the opponent with regular attacks. the thing that the opponent does not know though is that whatever the user does in the genjutsu the opponent does to themselves.(example-gejutsu-the user stabs the opponent's right forearm with a kunai. real-the opponent stabs his/her own right forearm with a kunai.)

Uchiha Secret Technique: Family Hatred- a genjutsu similar to the previous one in the fact that the user disappears and is replaced by a large image of his/her own eyes. once this point has been accomplished the opponent shall start to feel a strong headache as they start to damage their brain. this is the most powerful technique because it can be stopped but any damage done during is permanent. the opponent starts to see his/her family as they start to insult the opponent similar to the Finger Genjutsu. the images come out of the eyes that lay infront of them and start to degrade the opponent causing them to become stressed. as they start to stress about each of the people and their insults they start to get a headache as each memory of that person is erased and can not return. if the opponent can not break free from this technique before they go through the first 2 people they shall start to loose memory of ninjutsu and genjutsu. as this technique goes the first insulter is the father this causes loss of ninjutsu if not stopped before entering. the second stage is the mother, this causes loss of genjutsu use. the third stage is of a brother or sister, or even a friend if they have no siblings. this stage causes loss of Taijutsu. after the third stage the opponent will start to blank out memories as acquaintances begin to insult him/her. as each appears the memories of them fade away and the damage to the brain begins. this technique is extremely costly if completed, it drains the user's chakra almost completely. takes 99/100 of total chakra if completed, if not drains half of the user's chakra. this technique takes 2 posts of preparation where the user must prepare his/her Mongekyou Sharingan, no techniques can be used during this period. once preparation is complete the opponent is instantly trapped, this takes 4 posts to complete the entire cycle.

Uchiha Secret Technique: Mongekyou Mastery- this technique is only achievable by Mastering the Mongekyou Sharingan(gaining all Mongekyou stage techniques). once this is done this changes the form of the Mongekyou Sharingan every time it is used into a strange form which is said to be the combination of 2 separate Mongekyou Sharingan combined. this technique gives the user the ability to use the Mongekyou Sharingan with out the cost of going blind. once this technique has been used it can not be undone. this allows the body to never age, although the mind does begin to rot with the years of pressure(meaning going to an insane state). the insanity that comes with use of this for long periods of time causes them to seem childish. once they begin to change they seem a disgrace to their clan, although the insanity does not affect them for some time. this new form of the Mongekyou is actually the form that was held by Madara Uchiha. when in use this form of the Mongekyou increases all techniques that use the Sharingan x2. this form of the Sharingan takes a drastic toll as it drains the user's chakra quickly while in use.

Electric Flying Screen Step

This technique comes in the form of four metallic balls that are 1 inch in diameter that hover near the user's ankle's and both should blades. Each of these metallic balls has a slit that opens and closes with use. When the metallic balls are in use they cause the slits to appear and leak out chakra that is controlled in amounts by the user. It will allow the user to create blades or wings from the slits that will allow the user movement at the speed of lightning and hover or fly depending on how much chakra is spent. This technique creates the illusion and allows the user to fly and move quickly for evasive maneuavers as well as fight from a tactical advantage. The speed of lightning is only a genjutsu created by the leakage of chakra that flows out freely from the slits that will encompass the enemy and will have the desired effects depending on how much chakra is released.

Senrei Gloves

These gloves are of dark royal blue color in hue and have white stripes on them with four holes that are punctured into each of them. The Senrei Gloves will attach onto the user's dominant hand that is used for long ranged archery and will stay on permanently unless otherwise removed. The Senrei Gloves can only be used and equipped in battle. The Senrei Gloves will give the user a percentage boost of 70% to their total chakra points. The Senrei Glove comes with its own special bow that is created from the user's own chakra that is compressed down to become a dense more durable bow that can fire arrows made of chakra like the user's Bow Manifestation technique. If the Senrei Glove is ever removed in battle then the user will enter a state that will take the percentage increase and triple it for two full guild days (4 gaian days). Once the state can no longer be maintained, the user loses all chakra points from the Senrei Gloves percentage increase until they recuperate and can put back on the Senrei Glove after a full guild day (2 gaian days).

Approved. Also, state that you lose all the points gained from the gloves because people might think you meant all of your total chakra points, which would kill you.

Keke, don't you think the Self Hatred tech is a bit too powerful considering it doesn't require eye contact? I urge you to add this condition:

Anyone with more than 3/4 of the user's total chakra, can resist harming themselves but are still trapped within the genjutsu.
