McDonalds. From what I gather, it seems to be a better one than most other McDonalds. It pays well enough, and they like me enough to keep a spot open for me every winter and summer break. In CT's awful job market, that's amazingly generous.

Ahh, I see. That's good that they keep a spot saved for you. I hope my job does that for me come winter break. > .>;
I just started working at Payless Shoes this summer. It's not bad. ^^ And like you said, the job market sucks right now, so even being able to get a job was pretty much a blessing. ~ w~;;

Likewise, I refuse to go near burger places.
But I used to work as a waitress and it sucks so much I can't even describe it. Thus I decided to take a loooong (one month long to be exact) summer holiday instead of working. I spent june as a biology apprentice at a research station and in august I'm travelling to South Korea... so yeah, plenty to do without having to try to please horrible customers.

I loathe, despise, and absolutely hate food-service. Every experience I've had (including McDonalds) has been poor, and left a bad taste in my mouth. The best I had was delivering Pizza . . . since I didn't deal with customers OR coworkers all that much! xd
