A.R.G.U.S Mykal Xenos Mortium yo_momma117 hey buddy, the owner of the clan is participating in this convorsation too, also, this is about IG as a RACE, not just an army...the DoW is about the expansion 1) It's a guild, not a clan. 2) The Imperial Guard is not, and cannot possibly be a 'race', and only an army. 3) This thread is for talking about the real Imperial Guard, not the ones from DoW. 4) The Imperial Guard kick a** in DoW, and I find them to be the best army. 5) I'm a crew member of this guild, and I will not have you disrespect other members. Even though you were talking to the leader, I can still ban you.
Personally, if you can talk about the fluff here of the Imperial guard, and how it relates to the tabletop game, why can you not talk about the DoW fluff, and the how that relates to the Imperial Guard too?
I find the Guard overpowered, according to fluff. How can they easily beat Space Marines, who are more modified than a rapper's LowRider, and then beat the awesome powers of Chaos, who are Space Marines, only with the power of 4 great ******** Gods?
I didn't see any disrespect there. I actually think he was doing what you were doing. Telling people to stay on topic and stuff. Just what you and he consider on topic are different.
Difference of opinion is not a bannable offence.

However, someone who comes in and spouts false information about things that he knows nothing about and then disrespects another members, or at the least speaks in a indignant tone, I will not tolerate. And if you want to talk about the IG from DoW, great! Be my guest! However, don't talk about all of the Imperial Guard as if they were from DoW. Most of what I said was merely making corrections or stating of opinion, and so barring the last point, there's really nothing to get pissy about.

Now this specific convorsation is over, Xenos Mortium apologized and i will not speak badly about the IG anymore, and thats that

Light Infantry, allows you to field sniper rifles instead of heavy weapons in an infantry squad. For all further details, see Codex: Imperial Guard.

I once made a Light space marine vehicle with a land speeder, where I shortened it, put a lascannon turret on the rear, and gave it wheels. looked crap, my first vehicel conversion. redface
