Uhm, am I still a mod? I know I've been gone a while, but its not my fault crying And my mod powers are gone yes, and since Drago isn't here to restore them.... I'm a little confuzzled. I was in charge of Summons.... and was Dragos biatch. So, what now? I still want to help, but I'm at a loss.

When a Summon is brought forth, do they really only have chakra equal to the price of their Summoning? (1000 for Basic, 3000 for Advanced) I had always thought that the chakra you spent to summon them was for the act of Summoning, and they had their own supply of chakra.

If I interpreted it correctly, Summons' powers and abilities are directly influenced by the summoner. If the summoner has a small amount of chakra, it would not be overly powerful. However, if the summoner has a lot of power (i.e. 100,000 chakra points) the summon would be powerful. Here's the thing I find stupid about the idea of them having only 3000 chakra points: If they were that weak, ROTS would never even bother summoning them or even have them within the guild itself.
In short: Summons' powers should be proportional to the user's power... And they should have their own chakra supply as well that IS NOT 3000 chakra....
But hey, it's not all mine to say so... Any other mods want to give in their ruling?

If they didn't draw from their own chakra, then the chakra used from their custom techniques should be shown. Right now, there is no cost next to any of their attacks.
Edit by Bone: Good point but also get this: I just found out something interesting. They came from a spiritual world. This spiritual world is practically flowing with chakra or is more than likely completely made it out of chakra. If that is the case, they'd probably be drawing the chakra from the spiritual summon's world so they don't tire out completely and can only be defeated by an overwhelming attack or dismissal by summoner or self.

Right, so what exactly happens with the Execution by Kiss ability of the Fuka clan? xD
Quote: Execution by Kiss - 1500 Skill Points - This jutsu (more like an ability), unique to the Fuka, allows the user to absorb her opponents chakra through a kiss. After absorbing their chakra, the user can steal their soul. This jutsu can also be used to determine elemental chakra types by licking them. (Clan Technique)
And then the clan's description says this
Quote: Fuka Clan- The Fuka clan can suck the chakra of others through a kiss, which could explain elemental affinity for all five. When absorbing the chakra from the victim, gaining all of their techniques and their chakra elementation granting even more power.
So.. You can pretty much steal all the people's abilities and chakra with a kiss right? Kind of like, the puppet skill of the Akasun expect the person whose abilites are taken remains alive?

Just asking again, to see if whichever mod who is in charge of summons can give an official answer.

Cold_Assassin Can a missing ninja becomeakage...like pein did to the hidden rain? No. We made it quite clear that you cannot get any form of a job like Kage or Sannin or Medical Nin if you became a Missing Nin.

Yuan Shisho2 Hedoro: It is above, the blue edit to my post. Yes, but Bone told me he wasn't in charge of summons, that's why I was hoping for whoever the Summons-Mod is to give an answer. Also, can Kages/Senate members learn Anbu abilities? Or are there any Kage/Senate perks aside from the title itself?

Cold_Assassin Can a missing ninja becomeakage...like pein did to the hidden rain? What Bone said is true, but a missing ninja can take over a village and instate himself as the leader. That or they can apply to be the head of Hidden Nitemare. @Hedoro - There is no specific mod for summon, so this will be the answer for you. Summons have their own power level, each basic summon is about the same rank as each other, the 1000 and 3000 are the only amount of chakra needed to summon the beasts. I'd say a basic summon has the power of about a gennin/chunnin and the adv is about high chunnin/ jounin. Summons have their own set of chakra blah blah blah... Yeah I think you can still be a an Anbu if your a Kage or Senate member.
