"Any sport has a big mental game to it as well. You have to be confident, but not underestimate your opponent. You have to really want to go out there and do your best. Mentally preparing yourself, I often watch videos of matches, and use visualization and stuff like that."

Sethos heads over to the phone to call the front desk, and finds out that there is indeed a gym in the hotel (although not an especially amazing one or anything). He grabs a towel and a water bottle, "There is a gym, so I'm heading down there for a while, k? See you later."
