((UNS---Daryle))

“Ooo a taco crepe? Sounds different.” Daryle noted with interest. “Ah Annie bear, you are not fat, no need to order something just to make yourself look healthier then you are.” Daryle laughed and looked down at the menu. Our of curiosity he took a look at the kiddy part of the menu and saw something that looked like it would be really fun “I think I have what I want to order ready!” He held up the menu and pointed to the kiddy section. “I want the Split Decision annnnnd the create a face pancake option!!! I shall make a Annie pancake and a Genya one!” The Breezy Owl breezed over the drinks section and opted for some freshly squeezed orange juice. “Ok, so is everyone ready to order? This will be my treat!” A sly smile spread across his lips, he had no intention of paying for their meal…instead, he had another certain blonde male in mind to pay in his place. “Hehehe..”

((NPC - Annie/ Other - Genya))

Annie made a face and looked at Daryle. "What are you talking about? If I didn't order the salad, you would call me fat! And don't deny it! You did it before!" She put her hands at her hips and then moved her hand, waving an index finger around.

"Eto?" Genya blinked. What was Daryle talking about. Annie and Genya pancake? There was a type of pancake named after them? That couldn't be right. The Alchemist Owl looked through the menu found a pancake face staring at him. "Oohh...yes, all ready!" A face. Genya looked up at Daryle when the man declared it would be his treat. The boy felt bad since Daryle was paying. However, Genya realized that he didn't have his wallet or any ID on him for that matter.... That was confirmed with quick rummaging through his bag.

"Tsk tsk tsk!" Annie said with narrowed eyes. "Not your treat. My treat! You already got away with the pizza last night!" Either way, at this point, the waitress came and took all their orders and went to deliver it to the kitchen.

Kojiro nodded, he still felt weak, but it would not stop him from fulfilling any tasks at hand. Kojiro returned to a calm demeanor, and then looked at Serena with a perplexed stare as she began stating her request,"...She wants to speak with Raven?..." Kojiro looked to the ground for a second, "If I appear with her...Raven will have no reason for alarm" Kojiro heard a gunshot in his mind as a terrible scenario played out in his head. Kojiro looked at her and shook his head,"...My apologies..but....I don't know, I know you saved my life....but her's is much more valuable than mine...rescuing me and allowing me to recover may be a small task to deal with if it meant getting a clean shot at her..." he explained, He believed Serena's kindness and her request was reasonable enough, but after all the chaos and then losing two members of his family, he did not want to take any chances. Not to mention he found flaws in her story of how she came across him, even so, he may just be paranoid.

((TFP---Serena))

Serena rose one eyebrow and smirked somewhat darkly. “I understand what you must be thinking. I respect your wishes, honestly I do.” She took her seat back on the couch and let out a soft sigh. “Ah, being untrustworthy is annoying…Nevertheless, I shall reframe from doing anything that may stress you out. We don’t want you blowing a blood vessel now do we?” She smiled and gave him a sideward’s glance. “I shall stay away from Raven for now. I can see that I will need to gain your trust before you are more relaxed with my presence. I have all the time in the world, so do take your time thinking things through.”

Reaching down, Serena pulled out a sniper rifle and began to take it apart. “I have a few things to do anyways, so I shall stay where I am. You on the other hand should go and see your leader. I am sure she is wondering where you are…hmm come to think of it…I wonder why no one has been looking for you.” Ok, so putting thoughts like that in his head was probably going to irritate the boy to no end….But that’s what Serena wanted, she needed Kojiro to stop relying on Raven and to start relying on her. It would make her job a lot easier…“Maybe she thinks you are able to stand alone. Heh, that’s quite the honour from a leaders perspective.” Her silver eyes narrowed as she snapped her gaze back to Kojiros. “Why are you still standing there? Run along now. I will be here, should you want to visit.” She sighed overly dramatically “All by my lonely self, in a strange city with scary Owls…But I will be fine.” Serena patted her rifle fondly “What with old trusty here no one will give me trouble.”

((UNS---Daryle))

Daryle pouted slightly and leaned his head on one hand “True, I would have said something along those lines….But you know I would only be joking.” When Annie declared that it was to be her treat Daryle held up one hand to silence her. “Ah ah ah, not at all Annie Bear, I am the one living at your place rent free. I would feel very bad if I did not pay something towards the keep. Even if it is only paying for a few meals, I want to do it.” He gave her a sheepish grin a picked up a packet of salt which he played with between his fingers. “It will make me feel more at ease about intruding on your home.” He crossed one leg over the other and nodded in determination. “That’s settled then, it shall be my treat!” A short while later the waitress who took their order began to bring out their meal. “Oh ho ho! This looks great! My compliments to the chef…oh wait, I am suppose to say that after we have eaten. Hehehe, well I am sure all will be safe to eat and yummy.” He gave the waitress a wink before turning his attention to the food in front of him. “Annie, I think you may have gone over the top with ordering…Lucky you ordered that salad to make you seem healthy.” He just had to say something like that…Stupid Breezy Owl…

Kojiro stepped towards her slightly,"...It's not that you are untrustworthy..." he began, but as she explained herself, he felt relived that she understood, Kojiro would have to figure out a good way to approach this delicate situation. Kojiro chuckled nervously as she pulled another intimidating weapon. Kojiro simply sighed, almost becoming used to seeing one dangerous weapon after another, as he tried to consider ways to convince himself that she was trust worthy, he realized she could have easily held him as a hostage, Raven surely had to hear her out if she did that, but then his face was cast down as Serena had raised an interesting point. Nobody has come looking for him, even after the injuries he sustained, and the dangerous situation at hand, and the condition he left in, nobody had come looking for him. Kojiro looked towards Serena, "...No...thats not it..." Kojiro knew full well he was not amongst the strongest members on his team, but he did not want Serena to catch on to his thinking,"...I....I just snuck out....they probably have been resting anyway..." Kojiro nodded and began walking out the door,"Thank you for your hospitality..." he opened the door and paused, his head turned slightly, however he looked back towards the exit and walked out, gently closing the door.

((Other - Genya/NPC - Annie))

"Settled? I don't think so!" Annie declared adamantly. "You're my guests, and you never come visit anyway!" Home land advantage! Annie knew the staff because she had come here quite a few times before. She grinned innocently. As the food came, the blonde girl heard her stomach grumbling. Her face went slightly red, and then redder at Daryle's comment. "I knew it!" she exclaimed as she extended her index finger and pointed it at him. "You said it! I'm paying!"

Meanwhile, Genya just sighed and listened silently to the banter between Annie and Daryle. Were Americans always this loud? The Alchemist Owl had met Americans before, but they weren't like this. The Japanese thought that once the food arrived, they would quiet down and eat, but NO! Daryle made a comment, and Genya sighed. It looked like Daryle had insulted Annie. His eyes looked at the food. It looked sooo good. "I'm going to try the taco now!" He declared enthusiastically as he tried to pick up the crepe with his hands....and his stomach growled like a thunderstorm as if awaiting the delicious taste of the crepe.

Demon Eyes Zero
L truly didnt want to stop the madness. It was really quite funny, Sakura spraying itty bitty Moli and all. He broke down in laughter once more. After the second bit he stepped forward to try and fix things. "Sakura, this is my student Moli, Moli, this is the Herald of Water Sakura. Now please make up so you can stop being a midget...i'd also like my island to stay in one piece. I really dont want to have to get Sabrina to build another one." The light herald dug around in his pockets before sighing. Why when things were so stressfull did he have to quit smoking?

"Yeah, now please...stop spraying me!" cried the minature Moli as Sakura repeatedly shot him with the dark blue soap water. Once that battle was done, Moli stood up finally and patted himself and his face down. He looked up at L who seemed to be enjoying the moment and only sighed before clearing his mind as he asked. Moments later, the herald in training returned to his full height. Everyone was as tall as they should be and so were the objects of the room. "Thank you...now, I'm back to my regular size...now, what's the next lesson L? I'm just dying to know..."

After brief walk, Soliel and three other Owls that he'd recruited ahead of time were standing on a dock that over looked the expanse of ocean that Exire floted idly in. The giant island which one floated proudly above the coast of the United States was now in a serious predicament. The government of the Union was now invading the Island looking for anything they could use against the Owls that invaded the northeastern coast and the other Owls that had been within the states all along. If anything was found leading to Exire's past as a battleship for the Herald, then undoubtedly, the hammer of prejudice would come down like a hammer onto a nail's head. No one would be spared. Gradually, from cinders at the start, Soliel's body was now buring with fire. The velvet colored button up that he wore unbuttoned was unharmed. So were his dark red pants.

With dark red eyes against his reflection's gaze, Soliel asked the two Owls behind him, "You guys ready? If not, then go back home and leave it to the remaining two."

((NPC - Random Exire NPC - Fennel))

Fennel had been waiting with the two Owls, and Soliel was leading them. He nodded. Fennel's Owl ability involved far sight and the ability to see through objects. The flames from Soliel's person didn't bother Fennel. He, as well as the other Owls knew Soliel was the Magma Owl. "Ready," Fennel said, his brown eyes burning with determination. Exire, their true home, was in need. With his eyesight, he could see people all over the island.

A young woman stood a few inches behind Soliel. Her long deep red hair was tied up in a long high ponytail that fell past her rear end. Two amber orbs gazed ahead with an almost mischievous gleam. She wore a black bra with flames around the bottom and black leather shorts that were held up by a white belt. Upon her legs were long pink tights that came only a few inches below her shorts and upon her feet were black leather boots. Strapped to her back was a long gun that could serve as a staff as well depending on how it was used. Last, but not least, around her neck was a pink striped scarf. The young woman's name was Telaria. She, along with two others, had been enlisted by The Magma Owl, known as Soliel, to assist him. Telaria was known as The Dissolving Owl given the fact that her mutation was based on Acid Manipulation, which had the ability to eat through human flesh and various objects, even the thickest of doors, especially thick twenty inch vault doors that were often seen in those large banks, which was what Telaria had been doing before Soliel had interrupted her. All that money at her disposal and he had to drag her away....Oh well, she would have her chance again. It's not like the bank was going anywhere. The young acidic owl blew a lock of hair away from her face. "Sure as hell am," she said in a non-chalant tone of voice.

After the two behind him sounded off, Soliel looked out into the ocean once more with a confident grin spreading his lips. Their mission, as he explained moments before they got their, was to get to the center of the island. Within a small shack-like house was a rather long roll of paper. The scroll contained the schematics and the blueprints to Exire as well as instructions on how to control the massive rock of destruction. Soleil had never seen these blueprints thanks to Lucien, Roulin and his friend Cecilia. Now that they were gone, he could retrieve what he lost during that fight.

Off to their left was a luxurious yacht which left behind when the humans evacuated the state of New York. The burning owl stepped onto the boat keeping his body from charring the wooden floorboards. Once in the cockpit, he raised the sail and allowed the boat to rip itself from the dock. "Telaria, burn off the anchor. Fennel, keep your eyes open and give me what you see. If the coast is clear, we won't swim when we near the island. If not, get your bathing suit ready."

The mission was quite a simple one in Telaria's opinion. They were to travel to the center of the island of Exire and retrieve a scroll, which contained special blueprints. Approaching the large yacht, Telaria hopped aboard and grabbed hold of the thick rope that held the anchor. Coating her hands in an acidic mist, the rope began to melt, before it dissolved, cutting it off from the massive vessel. She watched as it fell into the sea before she dusted her hands off. "Well that's done," she said allowing the mist around her hands to disappear so that she wouldn't accidentally touch someone and eat through their flesh. She had a feeling that no one would like that very much.

((NPC - Fennel))

Exire never left Fennel's sight. The place was Fennel's home, and he had been born and raised on the no longer floating island. After Soliel did, he stepped on to the yacht , which wasn't particularly going to be the best of aquatic vehicles to use in approaching a heavily human cockroach infested island. It was a nice yacht though. "Soliel, such a lovely evening. If it were another time, this would be quite the romantic scene with candles and the yacht and dinner..." Fennel's voice drifted off as the smile left his face. "Those humans...Soliel, they're crawling all over the island. I don't think we'll be able to approach easily with this baby." Maybe it was possible if they cut the yacht motor and the lights when they were closer, it would work. However, Fennel could spot a few boats going back and forth. Maybe they were transporting people. "There are a couple of boats out there," he stated as Telaria unanchored the boat. "But Telaria, you can take them out from this range." Technically, it would take some time, if there weren't communications on board, for people to realize something was wrong on the boats.
PostPosted: Fri Jul 08, 2011 9:20 pm

Telaria rolled her eyes upon hearing Fennel mention that this would have been romantic if it had been during any other time, but this. "That's a bit too cliche for my tastes," she said as she removed her gun and approached the edge of the yacht. The gun had a silencer so it wouldn't make too much noise when it went off. Adjusting the scope, she took careful aim, a maniacal grin upon her face. This was what she lived for, not to mention Lola had been dying for some exercise. The rather malicious owl's finger, lightly placed pressure against the trigger causing the gun to go off. After Telaria pulled the trigger, it was a few seconds before a rather loud explosion could be heard as three of the boats were taken out. Pulling the trigger again on the readied again weapon, three more boats were taken out. Telaria scanned the area from her scope for more boats, but did not see any. "Well, I think that'll make things a bit easier," she said as she rested her massive weapon at her side.

Soliel, for most of the ride, kept a nonchalantly blank stare which traveled towards the rocky exterior of the island. The people that were surrounding the boat weren't threats to him thanks to the quick thinking of Fennel, the romantic and Teleria, the ranger. "Maybe Fennel. If we can manage to keep this boat safe and out of harm's way, I'll give it to you so that you can live out that scene." Soliel spoke loudly over Teleria's "fun time." She was a good sniper, possibly the best that he'd known. Now that there were three burning SWAT speedboats out in the ocean, people would come to check them out. The shoreline would be weakened. Access was granted, but they'd still need to wait.

The lights of the boats were deactivated. Thanks to the solid overcast, the morning sun was blocked out. Someone was watching over them for only an hour ago, it was rather bright. The motor purred to silence and the boat continued to drift onwards toward the rocky side of the island. Now that others were turning the corners to inspect the three accidents, Soliel saw his opening. Now standing, the red eyed Owl turned and face his two temporary partners. Flaring darkly, he spoke to them. "Alright Fenn. Telaria. We have a choice. We can either climb, which is the silent, but longer way, or we can drill on through as magma. Quicker, but noticible in the low lit atmosphere."
