The Water Prison Jutsu is a non-elemental technique, as defined by Canon. We have a stronger version listed in the Suiton List.

Anything that made it to the Non-elemental List took 19 hours to become verified as such. ^_^; What was the Fire jutsu? I can look it up to verify it.

Saw the Fireball one... it's listed under the Katon sign.
Wish it was as simple as just putting jutsus in places like that, but if the creator, Masashi Kishimoto, said it's non-elemental... I can't really argue with him. >.< I doth not dare to take on the author, ack!

If I remove 'useless Jutsu', all lists will shrink to less than 10% of their current status, & a full 70% or more of everything else being brought into the guild will simply vanish. In good faith I cannot destroy so many creative ideas that we've all worked so hard to create. I love everything that everyone puts their heart into, & can understand both the 'how' and the 'why' on its creation. It breaks my heart to see someone say such a short statement as yours. Y_Y

 It's a non-elemental jutsu.
The ninja manipulates existing water with their chakra in order to form a prison cage.
If the ninja were to create the water out of thin air it would be an elemental technique.

i would like to say my great dislike for obtaining a summon. the whole random number thing is very lame and not fun at all.
