Then, don't post that Mizu is going back to the Academy tell Luo replies. I think there might have been a mix up. Since Water Pellet is a Genin technique.
So that's why Lt didn't teach our characters that.

Maybe it's the kunai/challenge thingy, or an explosion, or a clown nose! Or worse, an explosive clown nose, or an explosive pie, or an explosive clown nose in an explosive pie attached to an explosive arrow!

Luo has no reason to believe that the letter itself is tainted. If there is something with the letter, then it fits into logic that Zane came up with a good plan to set something in motion.
Our OOC knowledge that the letter contains bad things can not be brought into rp. That's called Meta-Gaming, and is a very bad habit to get into.
