There's nothing wrong with skimpy clothing.
I'd cosplay Bapp myself if I knew how to sew at all.

There was that Meiko yesterday with her top so open you could see part of her boobs and lacy bra (which is how the costume is supposed to look like but no one had guts to do it like that til' now)
