So would you mind if I bared my soul? The drow gestured for Coline to step inside before him, bowing his head formally. He followed her inside, the slightly stifling warmth of the small house making him suddenly aware that he was absolutely dripping wet. The combined kitchen and living room was small, as the outside of the house suggested, but spacious - the pronounced lack of furniture making it appear larger than it was. The room was filled with simply the bare essentials: a pair of simple, slightly threadbare armchairs in front of the stoked fireplace; a table and two chairs against the right-hand wall; and of course, the kitchen counters, a gas hob and chiller cabinet on the wall opposite the front door. There were no doors leading off to other rooms, but a grand old staircase which took up most of the upper left corner of the room led up to a second floor, which presumeably housed the bedrooms and bathroom. It was simple but cosy; its charm enhanced by a copious amount of rugs spread over the wooden floor, several antique endtables and wooden carvings of landscape scenes hung on the walls.
Jessie took all of this in in a glance, before turning to regard the good priestess herself. A twinge of worry pulled at him as he met the smaller woman's gentle green eyes. If she didn't like the sight of Coline's trident, just what would she think when she found out he was her combat instructor...? Would her welcoming attitude change? If she knew just how dangerous he was, the crimes he was wanted for... then again, what if Coline found out he wasn't all the cuddly gift-giving creature she'd come to know? She'd... she'd run a mile, wouldn't she?
This wasn't the time to be brooding. Expression formal, he bent forward into a deep, respectful bow. "Priestess Eurydice."
"Coline has told me of your unending kindness, and the good grace you have shown her. I'd like to personally thank you for all that you've done and continue to do, and I apologise profusely for intruding upon your home today. I assure you that this imposition is entirely the fault of my poor planning."
He said all of this facing the floor, drips of water from his wet hair falling to the ground, where they quickly began to dry. He then straightened up, and slowly smiled. "But I apologise once more - I haven't introduced myself. My name is Jessie Hawk," he said, offering her his hand for the typical human greeting "Captain, if you wish to be formal."
If I came right out and said 'You're beautiful'?

I don't like to think of myself as "evil," as such... Cressa rolled her eyes, about to tell him that they could stay there as long as he stopped getting all touchy-feely with her, when the next thing he said stopped her.
"...Excuse me?" she laughed, incredulous "I am under your protection?"
Her smile broadened, and she shook her head at him, hands on her hips. "Oh, no. I think not, babe. I protect MYSELF. I'm nothing to you, except the woman who just screwed your brains out."
She turned away, arms folded, resigned to say no more, until his mutter caught her attention. She looked back to him, green eyes flashing dangerously.
"You would threaten me, male? You would threaten a woman - a drow - a sorceress?"
Her face quirked, and she dissolved into laughter again. "Ahahahaha! You human males are too precious. Pity your females don't have the backbone to keep you in your places."
"Mmmm... most certainly," she continued, her tone becoming as hushed and threatening as his own had been "You'll find no little doll programmed to cling to you and squeal in me."
...I much prefer the term "morally challenged."

Feline blushed slightly when Meta talked openly about sexual matters. Her people, while sexual beings, where not quite so outright with it. The art of sexual seductions were often taught along with all of the regular classes in schools, but they made a game of it. Some of the best strategists in the land were actually found though how well the could seduce without the other party knowing till to late. Feline was certainly a very passionate woman, she wouldn’t have found herself following this clam god and their people otherwise, but she still had to get used to their forwardness. She had to admit that occasionally it was refreshing. Sometimes being able to get right to things rather than dancing around it for weeks did have it’s advantages. The rain was now coming down so hard that it looked like a waterfall was running over the barred window. “Meta, if your clan member is near, they are certainly stuck out in this rain. Can you not use this crystal to locate them?” Feline peered closer at the crystal. Some sort of magic had caused it to fuse with her skin. As hard as she tried she could not speak to it. The crystal may as well been part of Meta’s flesh for all that Feline could get off of it. At the mention of clothes to Gwarn she turned to him with a laugh, “Here I bring you your gear so that you may properly clothe yourself and then intrude into your domain with out giving you time to put them on.” She glanced back at the door that the guards had shut and locked. “Not that they gave me much time to.”

I am gone from my home, my world...
"An... Ioun Stone?" he asked, incredulously. "I have not seen one since my travels in the Astral Sea and Faerun....." He drifted off. It was amazing, the tattoos, the skin and the crystal, all grafted into her flesh as though it had been there since she was born. All sitting on the bed together, with Gwarn in the middle, He was starting to become... somewhat uncomfortable with all the talk of procreation and his lack of clothes. He smiled at oth of them, Thinking to himself.
But it is really gone from me?

Do I control the blades in my hands?
The Bhaal esence shone through his eyes and his voice, but not in a murderous rage or anything of the sort. If anything, he was a tad bit more than amused. Slowly, he let loose a bit of a chuckle at the scorceress' outburst, until it was an all out roar of laughter. He looked over at her, the blue in his eyes pearlescent, and said, "I am no more used to a woman who would not be tamed as the sun coming up in the morning and leaving at night, miss Cressa." He shifted back, leaning on the wall of their shelter, and with a quick thump, he shifted the roof of leaves, allowing a bit of cold water to splash down on the drow woman. When she turned, he 'acted casual,' wistling a lively tune and looking anywhere but her face.
Or do they control me?

☼ "I come from the North, where there is no autumn...""I don't know of any Ioun stones, but this a chroniton crystal. We're not sure how they form, but they have amazing properties, and they fuse to the user's body usually. Unfortunately, I can't have it locate where exactly he would be... I hope he isn't getting too sick in this rain, he always was a bit fragile in health..." she looked sad. If you want, I can transport us a small distance from here so he can change," she said, speaking directly to Feline. I haven't used the crystal for a while, and its power had been dampened ever since I got here, for some reason, so I can't transport us very far." I am gone from my home, my world...
"If only for the sake of modesty,"He said, looking back and forth between them. "It really doesn't matter if you leave and come back or not, as long as I still..." he stopped himself, too late, and finished, "Have some form of companionship." His head sank. He had been trying not to show just how much he wanted to be with someone- anyone- since he had become cooped up in here. "You two really are the only friends I have in this world," he went on, standing. "I really..." He didn't know how to finish the sentance. He looked up into their eyes from across the tiny room.
But it is really gone from me?

"Don't worry, we won't abandon you. I'll see if I can get you out of here. How about I ask Lorika-sama if I can have you as my cooking assistant? She'll probably want you on some kind of probation for a while, and that way you can be with someone who understands what you are."

I don't like to think of myself as "evil," as such...
The woman gave a small shriek as the cold water splashed down onto her unprotected head.
She turned to face him; fair, elven face blank.
Cressa took a single, slow step forward. Then, she threw herself forward like a spider striking, hand going to his throat. As her nails dug in painfully, her other arm raised, and a mass of highly-pressurised water shot in an unending stream from her palm and forced itself down the man's throat.
[Drown]

Feline instinctively reached out and stroked his sad face. Her hand moved before she even realized it, but she was happy she did. “I promise that I will not leave you to rot in here.” She smiled into his eyes, and then laughed “Besides, how could I not come back! This is the most fun I’ve had since being stranded in this strange place.”She turned to Meta. “You can transport us if you want,” she hesitated remembering the last time magic had been used to move her it hadn’t gone so well, “It is also not much trouble for me to get the guards to open up the door to let us out.” She turned and smiled at Gwarn, “Till we meet again noble warrior.”

Do I control the blades in my hands?
Between her painful grasp on his throat and water pouring into his throat, he laughed through it, somehow. It was just too comical to ignore, the woman's obvious lack of humor. He tried to roll over, to pin her, make her see it was a joke. She was smiling and laughing whilst shoving water in his face though.... His hand went to the one at his throat, pulling it away, and the other brought enough momentum to flip her. She wasn't pinned, but she was under him and the water had stopped. He coughed to the side once, clearing some of the water from his lungs, and looked into her eyes.
Or do they control me?

I am gone from my home, my world...
Instinctually, his face nuzzled her hand, embacing the warmth and softness of it. Until we meet again, she said. "Good luck, Meta, Feline," he said with a smile and a wink. And just like that, they vanished. He sat alone in his cell, with the bags of stuff and the leftover food sitting on the mall table next to his bed. The weather outside was frightful, the rain pouring down and the thuinder rumbling loud enough to ske the foundation stones of the temple. He donned his armor, the fur and leather feeling free and a part of him as he lipped them on. And yes, his hidden armaments were still there. A dagger, on in each bracer and boot, small and well hidden in the material. He hoped he would never have a need of them here. The tribal clothing the other girl, Meta had brought him felt right, just like his armor. Finally, he stood an imposing figure in the middle of the tiny cell, and waited, doing pull ups on the now against the wall bed.
But it is really gone from me?

I don't like to think of myself as "evil," as such... The woman giggled as he pinned her down on the moss, her righteous anger having disappeared somewhere along the way after getting her own back.
She soon stopped laughing and met his eyes. An arrogant smirk was playing on her face. "I won't forget your insults, male," she whispered, bare legs wrapping around his waist. Her still-unclothed crotch pressed against his. "But I'd be lying if I said I didn't find this hot."

Do I control the blades in my hands?
"I have to agree," he said, pinned against her by her long legs. he leaned down and his lips bet hers, which turned more into his lips being nibbled on, but he really didn't mind. His arms snaked around her back, encircling her himself, hthen they rolled over, onto a dryer patch of moss than the one her attempt at drowning him had been. Now looking up into her eyes, he smiled.
Or do they control me?

I don't like to think of myself as "evil," as such... Returning his smile, she shifted her weight over, rolling them back once the way they'd come. Now, she was on top, and she sat up, straddling him.
"Would you be angry if I showed you where your place is?"
