erm most of them, i dunno, since you are a low student you can just change....
Hand in your notice and just leave....then go to your village...after pming the kage of your choice....
And I am damn sure that Kai left the Kiri village before that rule was imposed...same for Krauser.....@ Xhen
edit: Hehe, you'll see soon enough
edit 2: you also have to rp your way to the village....i suggested Kai...because he's travelling and he's a good way to rp

well, i'm not sure if Mizukage would just let go of a missing-nin that's within reach. I could understand about letting kai go, but kruser...well....knew stuff......g2g, be back later!

LOL!!! whee lol, really, becuase if i had that, it wouldn't matter how far away a missing-nin was. i could just pop up in his shower, or whatever.... and i wouldn't have to RUN FREAKING THREE DAYS TO GET TO KAI! which one do you think is more active because i have been on this rp for 10 days and havve yet to get any form of a teacher
so that is why i would like to know whitch one would really start to teach me and stuff...

Cloud has the most members (I think) and is currently the most active (I think) second most active would be Hidden Mist (I think) and the second most members goes to the hidden leaf (I think)
I do a lot of thinking mrgreen
And the only teachers i have in the Hidden Cloud, are Krauser(current missing-nin of mist) and Zayne Steel (NPC) Anru's also a teacher (half an NPC) but...er...heh....

Or if you want rigourous and thorough training, then come to us, it depends on what type of character you are, the mist tend to be very cruel anyway, although it used to want to change its face....but nevertheless....

no no, you lost two good nin's because the village was inactive, and too cruel....that's why you lost Kai anyway....Kai's not that type of person naturally, yes he can be an assassin, but he's a balanced person....
Krauser, i'm not so sure why he left, i think he just wanted to be able to fight sin, and he had hardly any students in your village, besides, he didn't want to be controlled either...i don't really know about him, but i'm sure those weren't his reasons for leaving.

She's right you know....but that wasn't the only reason....i didn't leave because of the softness, i was quite happy with that, it's when you started getting cruel and evil, it just isn't my style....
Anyway, that wasn't the other reason, i wanted to go to a village that was organized and has a clear defined structure that symbolizes balance, the hidden cloud seems to have that down to T

er...anyway....killing out of bloodlust isn't the way of the Hidden Cloud like Krauser wanted to...well, my village won't be so soft for long....i'm giving it a raid from minor villages in the area...hehehehe....boost up the EXP a little...hehe..
