Zen smiled back. The door to a hospital room opened, as the doctor slowly began to move her to a bed. Telling him in the process. 'Well..shes had some internal shock of some sort. Shell need to have some of our medicine, and a good days rest to recover. She'll be out of here by tommorrow morning at the latest.' "Oh thank goodness...do you mind if we stay here with her?" 'No, not at all. but youll have to leave at seven if you want her to recover as quickly as possible.' "Ok." The doctor smiled as he passed Zen and Esmene. Closing the door as he left. Zen walked over and pulled up a chair next to her bed. "Hey..The doctor says youll be okay Caia, that you only need to stay here overnight.."

"Zen, could I... walk with you for a bit?" Esmene, looked up to him imploringly. It wasn't as if she wanted to leave her new friend behind, but now that she was in care, she wanted some time with him. They seemed to connect, and she wanted to talk with him more, see what else they could talk about. She knew answers wouldn't come right away, but they wouldn't come any faster if she didn't get to spend some time soley with him. "I just want to get some air." In truth, that was part of it. She loathed hospitals. It always made her worry, people died here, and it was an unnerving thought for her. Their time with Caia was running short anyway, and she would be out tomorrow. She would more than likely sleep the whole time anyway to regain some strength. "I don't care where we go, but let's just get out of here..." She still had a cheerful demeanor, though it was apparent she was anxious to get out of here.

He gave a sincere smile to Caia, ande hugged her once before rising from his chair and walking over to Esmene. He opened the door for her, Looking slightly happy that they were gonna get some alone time. Esmene smiled, and gave a slightly shrug as they left Caia's room. "Well, I am worried for her a little bit. I'm glad she's going to be alright though. I just... I just really don't like hospitals. They are just eerie, you know?" She waved goodbye to Caia, before they turned out of sight from her. "Where would you like to go? I just want to walk for a bit, and talk with you more." Her expresion visibly lightened up as they were leaving. "About what, I have no idea, but I'm certain we'll be able to think of something. So, just pick the place, and I shall follow you." She said with mock seriousness, trying to lighten up even more. Though she sounded as though she were jesting, wherever he went, she was sure to follow. At least until they needed to go their separate ways for class and such.

"Yeah, I know that feeling. How about we talk in the courtyard? im curious to see how the cherry blossoms are doing now..." He laughed slightly, remembering how he used cherry trees as an indirect approach for dating. a small blush on the edge of his cheeks. "That sound like a good idea to you? Or do you wanna go back to the church again? Either is fine, long as I get to be with you." He smiled.

Yukiko entered the hospital slowly, sticking her head through the doors and glancing around nervously. Then she stepped in, holding the door open behind her. Except, instead of a person entering, a slab of ice drifted in, moving on it's own. On top was Shinku, currently unconscious. She sighed quietly again, her face reduced to a faint pink now, rather than the crimson of a few moments ago. But, her tail was still tightly wound around her waist, and she was biting her lip hard.
She'd never been in a hospital before, and for a moment just stared around in confusion. But then she reminded herself she had to hurry, and began walking towards a counter at the front, where a woman was seated behind. The ice followed her, but she made sure to hold it firm so it did not leave a trail of water in its wake. She glanced around a couple more times and then looked at the woman seated behind the counter, who couldn't currently see Shinku from her position.
Yuki shifted nervously in place, glanced at the male, and then looked back towards the woman. "Um, I-I'd like to check in Shinku Zetsumei, pl-please," she stammered awkwardly. She knew that he'd mentioned that he had to be checked in, and his name, so that's what she told the woman. Beyond that, she had no idea what to do.

Orthae walked down the hall of the hospital, and toward front entrance. Stretching both his arms and his wings, he gave a sigh of relief. True, he hadn't planned on staying in the campus hospital for almost a week, but the break was worth it. Walking out the hospital doors, he figured he'd see if Ria High had a place where he could practice his fiddling. Surely they did, he hoped. With that notion in his mind, he walked out the hospital doors. Pulling out his map, he skimmed through it until his gaze fell upon a building named "The Glass Violin". "Well, I can only guess that that's a music hall." Smiling, he tucked away the map, spread his wings, and took flight...

The woman at the desk glanced at her. "Shinku Zetsumei... Am I right...?" She asked and glanced over the counter at Shinku. "Uh... Excuse me..." She said and pressed the buzzer for the intercom. "We have a Shinku Zetsumei who appears to have very nasty injuries... And failed attempts to take care of his injuries... Get down her now stat..." She said and within a minute a group of doctors had already come down and rushed him to the emergency room.
<<2 hours later>>
"Miss... Shinku is in stable condition and is in room 154 if you would like to visit him..." The woman at the desk said after recieving a call over the intercom.
Shinku sat in the hospital bed quietly whilst in the hospital gown. I guess now I owe someone... He thought to himself as he flipped through channels on the TV quietly. Figures... Nothing good or important... He thought fed up and turned the TV off and sighed taking some time to gather his thoughts.

Yuki nodded her head uncertainly, and blinked a couple times in confusion as the woman pressed something and then began talking. But as the doctors appeared, she sprang back and away from them nervously, watching from a distance as Shinku was carried into a room. She stood awkwardly in place for a moment, really having no idea what was going on. She sighed again and bowed her head as she retreated to a chair that was set against a wall and plopped down in it, not even sure why she was waiting. But she couldn't help worrying, even if he had threatened her. Or, maybe that's why she was staying, to make sure he knew she'd helped so he wouldn't try hunting her down or anything.
By the time two hours had passed, Yuki had her knees drawn close to her chest and her face burried in them, in a light daze in the chair. She jumped in alarm as the woman spoke to her, and hesitated for a moment before nodding her head. She walked forward very slowly, looking at the room numbers as she passed, and following Shinku's scent as well just to make sure she wouldn't get lost. Then she found it, room 154. She froze, just standing outside for a moment, with no idea what she planned on doing. Then she swallowed, took a deep breath, and peeked her head in to see him flicking channels on a TV.
She paused, about to pull back, but made herself stay. For a moment she was just silent until she closed her eyes tightly and attempted to speak. At first no sound came out, but she swallowed again and made another attempt. "Ar-are you ok?" she asked, her voice even fainter than normal, just barely reaching a whisper. She wasn't sure if he'd even be able to hear, and kept her eyes shut nervously.

"Yeah... Thanks... I guess I owe you..." Shinku said quietly. "You seem faint... You should sit down..." He suggested quietly. He stared boredly at the television screen, though it was blank. "What's your name anyway? And I appreciate your help... If it wasn't for you I'd probably be dead by now..." He said quietly. He was normally rude and hateful but he had to respect someone who had saved him. "I'm sorry about the hollow threat... The truth is if you hadn't helped me I wouldn't have had the energy to even track you..." He said simply then looked down at the white hospital gown he was in. He sat up quietly waiting for her answers.

Yuki forced her eyes open again as she stood peering around the doorway at him. He sounded somewhat nicer than before, but she couldn't help wondering if he still had his guns with him. Oh, how she hated guns... She shivered again as she very slowly moved into the room, walking silently to a chair near his bed. She sat down in it, hands clasped together in her lap. Her hair had dried by now, forming a silver blanket around her shoulders and down her back as she sat.
She watched him for a moment, and then dropped her gaze to the edge of the bed. She thought it'd be easier to speak if she wasn't looking at him. "Yukiko Hiragashi," she replied faintly, voice just above a whisper now. He didn't really have a way to know, but that was her regular volume and she rarely went much louder. She'd also forced herself not to stammer on her name, but couldn't hold it back anymore after. "But I-I go by Yuki."
She fell silent as he mentioned his hollow threat, and her eyes widened very slightly. He wasn't... being serious? Well, maybe he was but... She sighed, bowing her head a bit further so her face was hidden once again. Even if he hadn't threatened, if she'd seen him pass out, she definitely wouldn't have been able to leave him there, so she guessed it didn't matter. But man, he'd really had her terrified. "Well, I-I'm glad you're al-alright," she mumbed quietly.

"Heh... You're the only one who's ever said that... But i warn you... Don't get too attached if you think of me as a friend... An assassin's life is never easy..." He said quietly and stood up pulling the I.V. out of his arm and walking over to the closet that held his washed clothes. He took out his outfit and ripped off the paper gown. He had no care if he was seen naked, and simply dressed himself quickly. He pulled on his jeans and boots first and found his combat knife which he attached to his side. He then slipped on his jacket and holsters and slid his two revolvers into their rightful spots. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out a green bandanna which he tied under his hair, but over his eyes. "I have no plan on staying here... Do you know any places other than the dining hall that serve good food?" He asked feeling his stomach growl.

Yuki glanced back up at him, head tilted very slightly, though she still didn't look at his face. Assassin..? she thought uncertainly as she shifted nervously in place. Though, it seemed kind of sad to her that no one had said that to him before. They were such simple, rather common words... She rather hoped he was exaggerating. She jumped slightly as she saw him get up. "Ar-are you sure you sh-should-" However, she cut off abruptly as she saw him tear off the gown. She instantly bowed her head again, slapping both hands hard against her now crimson face to cover her eyes. She didn't look up as he spoke, but could still hear him. She hesitated for a moment again, still covering her face firmly. "O-other than th-the dining h-hall?" she stammered worse than usual, voice muffled against her hands and still very faint. "Th-there's a mall an-and the st-student l-lounge..."

"Which one are you more fond of?" Shinku asked as he sat on the bed quietly. "By the way you can look..." He said simply after he finished changing. He tapped his foot against the ground impatiently as he waited. He focused a thin snakelike wisp of darkness around his hand and let it glide in intricate patterns as he waited. "By the way... Do you know a Rivencaira or Kira Tenshi?" He asked quietly.

Yuki heard him say she could look, but remained perfectly still for a moment, just as a precaution. Then she very slowly parted her fingers, peeking through and glancing at him before pulling her hands away entirely. She clasped them together in her lap once more as she stared intently at them. Her face was still bright red, and she was well aware and trying to hide it again with her hair.
She focused on his first question, frowning slightly to herself as she thought it over. "I-I haven't been t-to either..." she began slowly. "But th-the lounge is cl-closer." Then she puased again, considering the two names for a moment. "...no, I-I don't know them." She kept her head bowed and sat completely still, except for the tip of her tail which was flicking against her side.
