Heather came up to the clearing, "Oh wow, I was told that this was where the triple date was going to take place. This is beutiful."

Heather was buisy looking at the table when she realized that someone else was there. She looked and saw that it was Sawyer. 'Oh great,' Heather thought, 'Did he HAVE to dress nice for this?' Point of fact, she did want him to dress nice. She's just trying to knock down the fact that she likes the rugged look.
She smiled back at him as he came up. "Nice shirt."
Heather bit her tounge. She was about to say an insult about the shirt, but figured that if she wanted him to be polite in this she needs to be polite as well. She thought about a black one he has and she was surprised that he didn't wear that and.... 'Why am I concern about what the jerk wears,' Heather scolled herself.

"Thanks for the compliment girl, but was that bit of sarcassm I detect?" He smirks, and laughs a bit. He brushes the hair out of his face, and adjusts his colar. The daisy still in his hand. "I wasn't expecting you would dress up so much" he says, as he looks her up and down. " 'Guess its blacktie invitation only." Sawyer laughs at his own pathetic attempt at a joke, and smiles slightly.

He hated to admit it, even to himself, but Heather looked really hot. Sawyer looked over at the couple aproaching them. He doesn't say anything, just looks at Sayid and Shannon.

Sawyer's face turns red instantly. He looks down at the little flower in his hand, and says " Well, chicks like this kind of stuff. I assumed you would to. Seeing as how you're a girl and all"
He looks her in the eyes, and hands her the daisy. " For you."
He turns to look at Sayid and Shannon. Just then, he starts to regret coming. He knows they're not too fond of him. Claire and Boone would soon be ariving as well.
Great... he thought to himself. I guess I might as well make the best of this. I'm going to be spending the next couple hours with these people.
He attempted to smile at Sayid, but subconciously, he started to snear.

((Bugger, that's calling for me, isn't it? xd It's been forever since I rped, so sorry if this is short. I can't really remember what was happening.
Oh, and can I mention my amusement that Sayid actually did make Shannon a house?))

Boone came into the clearing, aware that he was a little late. He had an excuse, though; he had been looking for flowers to give to Claire. Having never picked flowers before, he hoped the ones he chose were nice and not likely to make her break out into hives or something. That would be his luck.

He spies Claire and walks quickly over to her side. "You look beautiful," he told her, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "And these are for you," he adds, bringing the flowers out from behind his back and holds them out to her.

Sawyer looks at the table in front of him. Sun must have prepared this... he thinks to himself. He starts to feel slightly uncomfortable. It's bad enough that he's on a date, but its a triple date with 4 people who dispise him. He tries to hide his feelings as much as possible, just as he always does.
Sawyer pulls out a chair from underneith the table, and sits down.
He picks up a freshly cut peice of mango, and puts it in his mouth.

Sawyer looks at Heather, and raises one eyebrow.
" the movie about the stupid bird?
No. I didn't see it. I'm not much of a 'disney' person."
He laughed at the fact that she would bring it up. " I'm more of a Freddy Kruger man. though I've never had much time for movies."
