Skizzors Oh! Paprika. Paprika was disappointing. It's like.. someone HAD a good idea, but failed horribly at conveying it to the audience. It's very pretty and the music's great and all, but it makes no sense whatsoever. gonk Awwww okay... I hate it when it's not executed well.

Simon Gurren-Dan Aniki's right on this one. Yes, it is. Which is why I've taken the extra precaution to bolt it to my head.

Peppermint Elf TweedleKeys LunaInverse So after the cops left with the drunk in tow, he came in and woke me up and told me the story. And I've been awake ever since. gonk Damn, I remember when some chick who was running late for work backed into my car. I screamed Stream's name and ran outside...in nothing but a long t-shirt. sweatdrop Yeah, that wasn't a good morning. I was thinking you were just up for work BS. gonk I remember when I lived in apartment complexes with bad parking situations. I never knew anyone to get backed into but I'm sure a ton of people scraped/dented their cars against various features. This one place we lived, took a massive three person effort to figure a way to get his massive boat of a car out of the carport. Once, when I was younger, a drunk guy parked his truck in front of our apartment to visit the neighbors. Not a big deal. He didn't run into anything. As he knocked on their door, HIS CAR EXPLODED! I remember standing on the porch, watching this HUGE pillar of fire as he ran around screaming about his truck. People actually had to hold his drunk a** back to prevent him from trying to climb into his truck flaming pile of metal. I think someone with power didn't want him driving drunk. lol *SPITTAKE* eek

For anyone who wants to AIM me, I won't be on makyoku for a while because I am lazy and don't want to go through the process of deleting and then later adding some people on my privacy list. I do have the terribly open TweedleKeys up though and hopefully it will remain mostly spam-free for a while.

Long ago, back when I still lived at home, and I had only been dating Stream for about 6 months, we had this great gaming group. We gamed at my parents house, in the basement. So this one night we were gaming. And we had been gaming for a few hours at this point. My dad opens the basement door and calls down to us. My father: Hey, are any of your friends parked across the street? Us: Yeah... My father: paused for a momentMy father: I think one of them is on fire... Us: eek exclaim WHAT!? All of a sudden we were all rushing up the stairs in a panic. One of our friends was afraid it was his car, because very few people park across the street from our house. Sure enough, there was a car, engulfed in flames, about two feet away from our friend's car. He ran across the street and quickly moved his car as the one on fire exploded. That car was nothing but a hollow charred shell by the time the fire department got there. I think we blamed the fire on Stream, too... xd

LunaInverse Lord Kamina Streamjumper RaeRae Rave Ugh. Party to go to tonight. No choice. Don't want to. gonk Have a great New Year's Eve everyone... Luna and I went to a matinee showing of Sweeny Todd (******** awesome), and then to a great dinner with the kind of service one expects of wet cardboard. Nothing got ******** up, but we never saw our waitress. For once I was ahead of the Gator on the curve. Some day we must meet for a double date. It occurs to me that Katrina needs to be properly introduced into the AG as I can see much potential for bonding:
- Nabs because she loves to knit. - Shouj because she used to be a lesbian. - Luna because of her passion for women's issues and spirituality. - Stream, because she likes him already by reputation/the scrimshaw quote/being gifted one of his lightning bolts. - Skizzors and Kin for taste in comics.
I'm too tired to think of anything else. And we want to meet Katrina (and of course meet you in person). It would be a lot of fun. Stream's favorite song from Sweeny Todd was the one where they came up with the idea of using the dead bodies for the pies. I liked the little song about London being a cesspool. xd I really enjoy Epiphany (Where he goes around Fleet street asking people for a shave) and the Judge's Return (the final scene, second time they sing "Pretty Women.").
I have the soundtrack for the movie and the 2005 play. cool
