"Thanks, hopefully I'll be seeing you around. Don't tell Takiko I'm here, not yet please. Oh and may I ask your name Sir."he says in a calm voice.

"My name is Tous." He says with a slight bow. After Dark had left, Tous had done the same, sure that Takiko would find him later.

The new housing for the Thralls was in the warehouse district. This didn't mean they lived in the warehouses, they dwelled now in the burnt out husks of the buildings that had been left as they fell. Deep under the rubble the Thralls had gone to work carving out the basement into a descending fortress. Their progress was truly amazing considering they had only moved in three days ago.
Cynthia was alone in the large atrium for the moment, her bright blond hair illuminated nicely by the candle light and unholy marks. She really was really only alone in the conventional sense, a great number of Risen were in the pit in front of her and she was passing the time by tantalizing them with pieces of of human flesh. Every so often she would toss a piece in and watch the grey hominids scramble and try to wrestle the piece from each other, she even laughed when a man with a massive head wound that looked like he could have been a pro wrestler ripped the arm off of a little old lady that looked incredibly like her grandmother. It was boring work but necessary. Since out of all the Lieutenants Cynthia was the fastest she spent the most time in this new base to be needed. Lately though there had been less and less for her to do for her master. "You look so bored." Came Rodgers Stevens voice as he descended the staircase with Scott Fines. It was mainly due to the excellent team of Rodger and Scott that this place had been constructed in as little time as it had. Weapon and armor always worked well together. "RODDY!" Cynthia squealed happily, vanishing and appearing in the older boys arms to play with his ponytail. "I am so bored. The master doesn't have me do anything lately." "You shouldn't take offense to it." Scott said sitting down on a couch to watch the Risen wrestle over the disembodied arm. "Our assignments take longer than yours is all." "But still....." Cynthia whined. Rodger put a finger to the girls lips to silence her. "Don't complain about the masters will." he said with a smile. "Exactly!" Will Lee said coming from out of a side tunnel. Two Risen and been with him and they walked obediently to the pit before tumbling in. "There's new trouble brewing for the master. There are soldiers here." All of the Lieutenants exchanged glances. Trouble for their master was unacceptable but still... it meant violence.

The group sat in a circle finally having reached a passing stand still. They had been debating awhile and still no word of the master or Amanda. It was becoming increasingly uneasy around all of them with nothing to do except argue and toy with the Risen. It was Cynthia that voiced things first, she was the most impulsive after all. "I am so tired of this." she whined, flicking her blond hair that was in need of cleaning. "There is no word from the master and we're being besieged by holy crusaders. This is painful that we don't get to do anything." Rodger toyed with the end of his ponytail in contemplation, Will played with his glasses as he always did when he was thinking and Scott twiddled his thumbs with no response. "Oh come on. You can give me something." Cynthia pouted. "I'm so bored now." "Then I have something for you to do." Everyone in the hollowed room looked at the newcomer, they knew who that was but she was almost unrecognizable now. Amanda stood under the arch. "There are assignments for all of you now." she said curtly, the dull fire still shifting in her eyes. "The master has finished my rebirth so I can do more for him, but there is much to do." She pointed to Cynthia. "You have a case of abduction." "Yes!" Cynthia said pumping her fist happily. "Who do I get?" "A baby Lycanthrope." The short haired blond froze for a moment before pouting. "That's it?" "Yes that's it." Amanda said casually. "But it is to come to no harm. Our lord has interest in the mother." Will clapped his hands at getting the point. "Lord Nebiros is searching for possession of one of the immortals now." "Exactly so." Amanda said with a gentle nod. "She is to not be brought here." "Yeah I get it, I get it." Cynthia said grabbing a piece of paper with the informations on it. "At least it's something to do." A swish of air closing a vacuum and she was gone. "Congratulations on your rebirth Amanda." Rodger said with a smile. "I'm sure their's a reason for it." "Oh there is of course." she replied, a gentle smile curving her new full lips. "The master is on the move."

The group was back within the circle as they tried to work things out. Cynthia was the one to voice things first. "Soooo... What is it that is going on now in the outside world?" Nobody wanted to say anything so she turned around to the other female group member. "Amanda... After your lezzy session with the cutely heartbroken wolf what did you find on the way back here?" Amanda seemed Taciturn once more as she reached behind her and pulled out a magazine and threw it open onto the floor. Everyone looked at what was written there. Scott was the one to voice things first. "So where does that leave us?" It was a good question. "Well I think that one is very simple." Will said with a smile. "It doesn't concern us. We look normal after all including Amanda since she can fake emotion... well... release it anyway. And so I think what we do is to act as the superior fighting force of this city under our lords guidance. It's really that simple in the end." They were all silent but it was all agreed upon. Their lord would use this one chance if he could and raze the city to the ground.

Ceon crept in, allowing some of his wolfish features to come out when he saw no humans around. He stretched his arms and legs and cracked his neck slowly. He was surprised Daiguren hadn't gotten there yet, let alone his fellow demon companion.

Sibyl had followed after Ceon, rather surprised he hadn't seemed to notice her scent yet but that was aside the point. The wolf easily trotted up beside him, in full wolven form and sat beside him and looked up at him through her amber eyes. There was a mixture of thoughts and emotions running through her head but she didn't have the time to sort them. Instead, she wanted to make some of the unease go away by confirming whether or not Duke had been speaking nonsense when he'd made his guess about Ceon's apparent want to associate with Daiguren, be trained.
The wolf wasn't one to be casual and she cut straight to the facts, not exactly in the best of moods. ~So is it true that you're asking Daiguren to train you? Duke overheard and saw a few things and he mentioned that he personally believes it might be because you're planning to challenge Jaden. I'm here to ask you what your side of this story is.~

Ceon smiled softly and scratched Sibyl behind her ears, "It's been a long time. But yes, Duke didn't lie. The pack has gone downstream since Jaden took over, and it's because of his orders that Layna left..."
