Well, take it that way. Bela's room had been started as if it was tuesday and the Grindhouse as if it was Wednesday.
The problem is that bela has walked in it acting as if it was still tueday, so Fanta had to change her version of the events so Alice doesnt know anymore.

Fine let's just go with she knows he is in the clinic but not exactly why.
Because from what I understand, the lawsuit comes AFTER he's in a catatonic state... so...
