((are you guys in Shadow's room?))

Vickilyn headed out of her room carrying another gift bag, but this one was for Aurora instead of the baby. She examined the paintings as she walked through the corridors and thought about how she should have one done of Aurora, Shadow, Jenna, and the baby, just to put it up on the wall, and have another family portrait instead of picture's of the Taline families of past generations. She finally arrived at Shadow's door and decided to knock to see if they were awake, "knock, knock" she said, "anybody awake?"

"Morning then, and I can't wait to see him" she said stepping inside the door, "did you two get the presents I snuck in here?" she asked Shadow and Aurora remembering that she still had a bag in her hand. "Oh and this is for you hon'" she said heading to Aurora and handing it to her, "so how have you two been with the little one?"

"I would imagine, and no 'jealous big sister syndrome' I'm hoping" she said waving to Jenna. Just then it registered in her head that he said 'proposed,' he had done the right thing thankfully, "well I'm more than happy to hear that, and I had an idea to pose to the four of you... would you be up to taking a family portrait to hang up in one of the hallways?" she asked hoping they'd agree.

Jenna shook her head, "No, I love my brother." She said. Jenna hadn't seen Vickilyn since she was a child, only the scent was sligthly familar to her. "Jenna is a good girl. She looked after Konrad by herself one night whie... something happened." Shadow said as he walked over to Vickilyn. "It is a confusing situation. We are cousins and soon... I'll be your son in law. I am far older than you and I'll be a bloody son in law. What next" Shadow said as a joke before mentioning the portrait, "That sounds like a good idea. Those walls coudl use some livening up. When was the last time we actualy added soemthing to that wall?" Shadow said.

"That's what I came for Aurora, to see everyone, along with the baby" she said watching the baby move around. "Open this" she said excitedly handing her the gift bag. Contained in it was a baby book, to keep pictures and keepsakes from the baby in.

She then looked to Shadow, "yeah great, I'm going to have you as a son in law, does that mean you'll be borrowing money and calling me 'mom'?" she said with a laugh. "And the only things I've added to the walls in a long time are useless paintings of scenery" she said thinking about how ugly some of them were

"Eww, don't ever say that again" she said with a laugh, "I've known you too long for that to work." Then she looked to Aurora picking up the baby, "aww he's so cute, and he looks alot like the both of you already"
