@ Kaos. Jaggi is supposed to be awake. You gotta lay the trap, make him walk on it, and as he is in it tranq bomb him. If he sleeps try to wake him up before he heals too much because that can heal him out of being capture susceptible.
Also I saw a really cool transformation piece of somebody turning into a sort of mechanical organism. Their heart turned into a piston mechanism, and their skin burst to show hydraulics and stuff at the joints. It was really really badass.
