Well, when you join, you're an Aqua Member, then you've gotta receive rank ups.
Although, Tier 1 are the ones that usually handle ranking people up, Tier 2 and 3 have the ability to rank people up to, though only on a rather limited scale. sweatdrop

Well, to tell you the truth, I'm not sure. I mean, at first I'm sure it's got to deal more with activity and what not. Aside from that... Well, I'm sot sure. I'm sure you've met any requirements to receive at least one rank up... And since it is under my power to rank up a member, I think you're in the clear to be a Grunt. Don't forget to submit a "Change in Rank" form in the Aqua Rank and Pokemon ListYou're still a Tier 5, but you're a step closer.

Sweet! I can't wait to read it!
I've been working on my own mission today, I'm having some trouble though. I can't seem to come up with ugly pokemon, Sure there are the obvious ones; Grimer, Muk, Trubbish [Which is actually kind of cute to me], and Garbodor. But aside from that, I've got nothing.
Anyway, I have to go for a while, Be back later!

Hoof. That took a while to write.
EDIT- Rex, I liked your story, but I would like to give some constructive criticism.
1. Aura Sphere never misses.
2. Heracross is part Fighting, and should know at least one fighting move in my opinion, which would have been better for dispatching the part-Steel Lucario. Aerial Ace was a great Plan B, but Fury Cutter made no sense to me. Seeing as though it is a Fighting/Steel type, Fury Cutter would do little damage, even when used constantly
3. In other RP forums I have frequented, Double Team just creates false clones with no ability to absorb attack.
Sorry if I come off as rude, I'm just saying... I know it's not my job to critique your story, but I couldn't help myself. sweatdrop

1.Are you serious? Aura Sphere never misses?! Damn, my Palkia must have a horrible Accuracy Stat, because I SWEAR TO GOD my Palkia used Aura Sphere and missed! And I was fighting a Golem! How do I miss a rock!?
2.Heracross used Close Combat, that is a fighting type move. Fury Cutter was just a move I liked and didn't intend for it to do much damage. It was mainly supposed to get Lucario to back off a bit which he did, for about 0.1 nanoseconds. LOL
3.Well I became a little creative and thought if a mass of clones were in the way they could either
a-weaken the attack
or
b-stop it completely
But I like criticism so thanks a lot.

@Rex: Hey, so, I'm going to skimp on grading yours. I believe that it's the original grader that grades any other attempts at a mission previously submitted and failed. So, you'll have to be patient for your grade. I'll still give you a few pointers, seeing as I realized I shouldn't grade it about halfway through the read.
-There were only a few instances, but there are some punctuation and spelling errors. Also, stick to one tense (past, present, etc). I think the only place that these actually occurred was the very first paragraph.
-"The hardly missed castle." That sounds a bit weird in that context. Try "hard-to-miss" instead.
-Illene is spelled with two L's, not one. This isn't very important, but bare that in mind for future missions with given trainers. Spelling is important.
-Double Team, Aura Sphere, yada yada. You know this stuff.
-In the Pidgey battle, Twister hit Aron. I just thought I'd point out it's not very effective. Possible chance that it might not've been a knock out?
-Lucario battle, Aura Sphere hits Herracross. Fighting isn't very effective against bug, I think. I'm pretty sure of it, anyways.
That's about it.
