"Ukaia would be." Lily told him softly, not sounding self-pitying, merely thoughtful. "She wouldn't be in love with Nii-san, because I wouldn't have been here. He hurts her, by not being around, and when things like this happen. She would be better... and if I weren't here, maybe you and her would have gotten together, and be happier for it... Crystal would be better, because I wouldn't be in her way..."

"But I wouldn't have the chance at having a real friend," Lady Crystal said from the bottom of the stairs. "Am I interupting you two?"
Arlen was a bit shocked, but too worried about Lily to go into it right now. "See, Crystal likes you here. And Ukaia is happy with Vincent, and she's a lot farther from the slave she was in the past since she started beeing with him."

"No, you're not interrupting." Lily answered, giving a shrug. Then she turned around, giving Arlen a light kiss. "Don't worry about me, alright?" she ordered softly before looking to the other woman. "Would you like something to eat or drink?"

"I am fine Lily," Lady Crystal said, bringing a hand to her mouth as she yawned. "I came downstairs hoping that we would have the chance to talk while everyon else was asleep."

"Talk? About what?" Lily asked, head tipping to the side as she loosely grabbed one of Arlen's hands; mopey or not, she didn't want to let go of him completely. "Or did you just want to chat?"

"I just wanted to chat," Lady Crystal said. "Though I could go away if you would rather talk later."
Arlen gave Lily's hand a squeeze, he wasn't going to leave her until she forced him away.

"Now is fine... as long as you don't mind me cuddling with my future husband." Lily couldn't help but tease, sticking out her tongue. Strangely enough, Crystal's presence lifted her spirits a bit, though she was glad she'd left her stuffed animal on the couch. Letting go of Arlen's hand, she wrapped her arms around his waist instead, leaning against him. "So... anything on your mind? Need advice for landing that Richard fellow in your net?"

"Net?" Lady Crystal asked. "I really am interested in the study of people." Nervously she looked around the bar. "Do you mind if I relax a bit more?" she asked Lily and Arlen once she was certain noone was around or awake enough to notice.
Arlen walked Lily over to a chair and sat down, holding her to him and letting the two women have their talk.

"Get comfy." Lily told the woman, smiling. "I don't mind." She snuggled closer to Arlen and waited, watching the other. "And... you like Richard..." she teased in a sing-song voice, absently wondering if she could get the woman to blush.

"I do not," Lady Crystal insisted. Her image shimmered for a moment and her dress was replaced with a fine bathrobe doubtlessly over lingerie of some sort, and her hair which was usually up in what today is reserved for proms and such was down and loose, and a little mussed. "I hope you don't mind, I was unsure of who would be down here." She apologized, her cheeks were flushed slightly.
Arlen would've said something, but soon after sitting down he had fallen asleep, his head resting on Lily's shoulder.
