True, Ed. That's what I thought about. However, Mi's going to either die or disappear at the end of Winter break, if Rin follows with her plans.

I could always go with a larger squad than normal, if need be. I've already had a few picked out for some time now.

That is an option but I want to keep the squads a traditional size. If they are too large, they are harder to manage.
Bigger squads are a better idea than the Kage leading a squad, though.
EDIT: Where is your village, Kaz? Konoha, the city that always sleeps?

Lan, Tao and Yumi are my genin. They;ve been waiting on me to get back to the village before posting, or they are swamped with finals this week.

Well Makoto already has those three. If they do show up, you would have too much on your plate.
EDIT: The Mizukage assigns the squads now...leaving the Jounin to choose for themselves is too disorderly.

That's alright, Mana. They have had it easy untill now. Their Kage was uninvolved and allowed much slack. If Mist is ever going to rise to strength like our ally, Suna. We need to pick up the ball.
