It was kinda required though. Set the background. Some kages might know some of that info. He is the counter intelligence chief for the biggest nation so I figured that would be a good framing device.

After this next chunin exam, Shun will be 20 and Seika will be 15.
I, personally, don't ship Shun with Seika... but the thought of them in a friendship/sibling situation is adorable. xd
Both of them are pretty thoroughly stunted emotionally, though. sweatdrop
