Darshendros the Eternal I'd say go swimming if you want to increase your endurance, but it's winter, unless you know of a gym with a nicely heated pool. Your other choice is running, but I'm against running unless it's from the cops. Bah, heated pool. Natural springs work fine for me. I.E. Barton Springs here in Austin. Sixty eight degrees of year round goodness.

Mr. Crawley Well for endurance .. do 50 a day and call it quits. But strength training is different. Just treat it as a practice rather than a routine. 10 is enough. If 10 becomes to easy.. elevate your feet. Or do 5 on one hand and 5 on the other. I think I will work on endurance first then, because when I say that it is horrible, I mean it.
