His fur glittered in the light as he gulped down the fish.He smiled as he turned to her, "I wouldn't know to be honest. I haven't been around the forest that long just long enough to find the food!" He smiled as he lapped up some of the water nearly falling in as he did so.

((OMG! Too good to pass up, specially since he saw her little accident!))
Her kittenish side coming out, Woo watched as Izraili tried very hard to maintain his balance on the creek's banks. Silently, she moved up to him and started rubbing against his sides. Then with the littlest push from her wings....

Kohaku scurried through all of the underbrush and tiny bushes that occupied the forest. His deep blue wings fluttered on his back, seeming to have a mind of their own. Auds perked and rotated every which way as he trodded along. He was new, no friends, no one he trusted. So he kept a close watch on his surroundings, never venturing somewhere he knew was unsafe or had strange creatures there. Squirrels and birds he paid no attention to. It was the other, larger animals he wanted to watch out for..

He tried to keep his balance though fell not that he fell right in the water as he managed to somehow turn around and pull Woo as well. HE manged to stay pratically dry for a few seconds though he wasn't going to let go of Woo and she was most definatly slipping he was sure. They would both be wet kitties but his beautiful golden fur...

Completely caught off guard and off balance, Woo could only roll with the fall. She tucked into his body, letting her golden companion hit the water first. Luckily, the water was not too deep and not too cold. The shock only lasted a minute.
Dragging herself out, Woo shook greatly, sprinkling more water on Izraili. She was drenched, fur hanging and wings drooping almost to the ground. There was nothing she could do except shake and fan her wings, hoping that she would not take to long to dry.
"I suppose I deserved to be pulled in as well. But two wet kitties take longer to dry than one."
Bounding onto a rock, Woo laid herself out. Chuckling at the funs she had, she continued on, "I am staying right here to sleep off my belly and dry my fur. I suggest you do the same."

The golden cat clambered onto the rock to shake his fur dry a little. He watched her as she laid out on the rock looking as if she was about to sleep. He laughed as he jumped over to a rock closer to her and curled up. He licked at his paws and tail and generally cleaned himself letting the sun and his tounge help dry him off.

Woo opened one eye as her golden companion moved to an adjacent rock. There really was no place to go and no one to visit, so she relaxed, flexing her claws. "This is really nice. What more is needed than a full belly and the warm sun."
Content, she allowed herself to rumble softly.

The golden cat looked over at her and smiled drying out quite nicely. He stood up and jumped to a rock a little closer to her. He sat down purring looking around at the trees and then at Woo. "What would you like to do next then?"

Woo shrugged nonchalantly. She had never really thought about what she would do or who she would speak to when she got there. All that had been on her mind was visiting a home she hadn't seen in years. One side dry, the calico flipped over facing the woods.
"I do not know. I had only planned on returning and wandering. There were no plans or other to see."

The golden cat smiled at her, "Well if oyu wish me to leave you can just say. This place is not exactly interesting." He purred again licking at his front paws.

"It is not so much a matter of interest as it is comfort. At this moment I am comfortable. I do not mind if you stay, your company is quite pleasant. But there is no reason to hurry when there is no particular place to go." Woo simply stated.
Her wording was long and elegant, almost like that of a noble. She had traveled far in the world, and simply picked up the way of speech. Woo turned back to her companion and waited for his reaction.

Ranea came off her branch and landed on the ground, she walked around. The fluffy teen licked her paw and mewed quietly.

He listened to her getting slightly confused though getting the general idea though he wasn't sure if he had switched of while she was talking or had actually listened to everything she said. He nodded his head as a reply not quite sure what to say without looking very stupid!
He watched her from his rock realising how beautiful she actually was. Was he turneing all soppy? He shook his head and laid it back down on his paws wondering if it was just the friendship with her that was making him like this. He hadn't really had any friends before.

((Woo can be such a snob! Or to be politically correct...an elegant lady of refine breeding! blaugh ))
Slowly, but surely the two fluffy cats managed to dry off. The sun was very warm, though now starting to set. They chattered back and forth, though neither really gained information about the other. Finally, Woo stood up and stretched. It was a good stretch, a shivver running down her spine, before she stopped. "Do you know of a good place for shelter? This place is nice, but the sun is setting and I do not feel like being caught the unawares!"

The golden cat smiled, "It depends if you want trees or caves to take shelter in!" He tried to take on her way of speaking but found it way to hard and for him stupid. Why does a cat have to talk to well proper like. He cocked his head to one side watching her and waiting for an answer.
