Fang laughed a little at her comments and nodded. "Well, I suppose that solves that problem." He said and made another snowball to roll around until it was the right size for a head. As he was doing so, he wondered what all the rest of his family was doing. Not that he really cared, it was just a thought that came to mind. Kohaku was probably playing in the snow, Artemis was probably sleeping.. Since he wouldn't dare go outside on such a cold day.. Mother was, more than likely, getting drunk, and Cato... Well.. He wasn't exactly sure what Cato was doing. If it was the old Cato, he'd probably be studying something Fang couldn't comprehend.. But, since this wasn't the Cato they remembered, he didn't really know.
He shrugged the thoughts off as he finished making the head and picked it up, carefully placing it on the rest of the snowman. It looked pretty good for one of his firsts in a long time. "Could I get a womans touch over here?" He asked and looked at Madison with a smile.

Madison smirked, woman's touch indeed.
"Sure, would Monsieur snow man preffer round black pebble eyes or more of a brown rough edged stone look? both are imported of course."
she took on the looks of a game show host, changing direction from east to west as if each side of the gardens behind them were a case filled with various jewels. a false smile plastered noto her face, it was almost painfull to watch.
She laughed, letting her hands slip to her side and finally crossing her arms.
"I'll go get some, how many do you think we'll need? Two eyes, some kind of nose and how many for the mouth? not forgetting buttons..."

Fang watched her and laughed. It was strange.. Being able to feel happy for such a long time. He wasn't quite used to such a feeling.. But.. He was getting to like it. "Lets go with whatever we can find." He said, still shaking off the laughs.
He then looked back at the snowman to think of how many they needed. Eyes, mouth, buttons, and maybe a nose if they didn't find anything else. After a short moment of thought, he was slightly sure of what they needed. "About 12 or 15.. It really depends on how many buttons you want or if we want a nose." He finally said slightly confident that would be enough.

"I'll just go with 15 to be on the safe side then."
Madison said, seeing the reasonable side. Better safe than sorry right? Besides, more stones were just...a stone's throw away.
now..large stone would be better for eyes and buttons and the like but more smaller ones, though bigger than the dirt ones one would find on the road would be good for the mouth and a large flat one for a nose if nothing else could be found, though it woul look like a koala if they went to large and to flat.
"You put in the arms and I'll go find some stones somewhere."

"Alright." Fang said with a nod and picked up the branches that would be the arms. Thinking slightly about where they should be, he carefully stuck them in the places that seemed right, breaking off a few little twigs to make it look better. "There." He said as he finally got them looking the way they wanted them. The cats in his pockets peeked out and looked at the snowman, meowing happily.

Madison looked back over her shoulder to see Fang putting in the arms to their snowman, snow now he really justt needed a face and buttons.
she kept her eyes on the ground, looking for persepctive eyes and buttons, for the first few feet it had been slush and a few pebbles which seemed mostly made of dirt but as she got closer to the base of a long range of trees the snow seemed to melt around here and give way to more of a dirt theme, large solid stone easily visible now.
she bent over to grab the first few, wincing slightly as the gravel crept up into her nails.
"found some"
She called over her shoulder.

"Awsome!" Fang shouted back at her and smiled. the snowman was close to finish. "If I would've known that I'd be building a snowman, I would've stolen one of mothers wierd hats.." He said to himself and sighed. "Oh well... Maybe next time." He then looked over at Madison again, to see if she had gotten all the rocks. "Need any help?" He shouted over to her.

"Er..I don't think...actually."
Madison um'ed and er'ed, so far she could fit about 5 decent sized rocks in each hand but she didn't want to drag fang over..then again second trips were alwys worst than the first.
"yeah I think I do."
She called back finally, nodding her head towards the general direction she had found the stones.
"there's a few over there if you want to grab three or four more."

Fang nodded and quickly walked over to where Madison was and looked down for the stones. It didn't take him long to spot them. He knelt down and started to pick up the stones. "So uh... After we're done here.. Would you like to go back to my house? I could make you some hot choclate or something.." He asked a little nervously, blushing a little. He figured it would give him a little more time to spend with her.. Because he didn't really want to say goodbye that quickly after they'd had so much fun already.

Madison waited for fan to finish picking up a few stones, she had just been thinking about how nice it would be to actually go home and get warm when he offered instead.
"Sure"
She sad happily, hurridly scooping up another handfull of stones.
She wasn't sure how many stones were in his hand but as long as it was more than three they'd be fine right?
"lets go hurry up and finish this guy and then go"
Walking back she dropped a few stones in front of the snowman, pbending down to pick up a few and added in two eyes and the first button.

Fang finished picking up stones and followed her back to the snowman, happy that they'd be getting out of this cold soon. As he got to the snowman, he put the stones he had picked up in the pile she had made.

((no problem, you wanna start toleplay at fang's house first?))
with fang puting his stone in there was now a fully buttoned up jacket and more than two thirds of the mouth done, the snowman appeared to be smirking in a weird way. It reminded Madison way to much of al for some reason so she hastily put in the remaining third and two buttons. The goofy mouth beaming at the two in a 'thanks for finally finishing' kind of way.
"What a shame it'll melt in spring." Madison said, sighing with a pessemistic stare.
"well shall we go back toy yuor place?

Fang watched her put the stones on and sort of smiled at her comment. "That's okay. He'll be back the same time next year." He said, taking another look at the snowman and sighing with satisfaction. "Yeah, lets go." He said with a soft smile and gently took her hand in his.

Jordiar walked through the garden, hands tightly wrapped around his book, holding it carefully to his chest as he looked around. He paused as he found an empty spot, and looked around once more before he sat down.
He opened the book the pages empty, and pushed the cloth bookmark away, begining to read. Or, that's what it looked like, except for the lack of words to everyone else. He could see it, so it wasn't that odd a thought to him.
He licked his tumb as he flipped the page, slowly relaxing. He had to get out of the house. Rayel got irritating after a while.

Hotari made her way through the gardens casually, as she often used them as a short cut from her house to the Star. She hummed to herself as she walked, in no hurry to make it to bed, as it was still terribly early in the day. Not always the smartest, she walked with her eyes closed, depending on her sense of hearing to keep her on the pebbled pathways. As she couldn't see where she was going, a step down landed her on a tree branch, which thus planted her nearly face first into the path. Eep! She managed to catch herself on her hands and knees, and stayed as such a moment as she whimpered in more shock than pain. Branches belong on trees, not on the ground, she muttered to herself as she shifted up to brush her hands on her skirt, disappointed in the fact that they were now red and stung.
