It was Hakan's job! If all else failed, he had to be the one who had to be cheerful, and try to bring everyone else into that state. However, for a moment that smiling face would fade to reveal a frown. Mimi.. she was really worked up about what happened, right?

"He went out with a bang, no man could want anything more from dying." He would state, still trying to find some strength, he'd managed to stuggle to sit up, but sit up none the less. His legs, hell.. His lower half felt rather weak still, he wasn't up to moving it.

"As soon as we get ourselves fixed.. Decently, we'll give him a proper burrial." As if agreeing with himself, he would nod a single time. Rambling on about Sirus.. It wasn't doing much good was it? Mimi was the most important.. Maybe with his ramblings of the male who was once his rival would cheer Mimi up?

][I don't wanna. I want to get my hair cut. e.e; So.. Let's try and finish up so I can hurry up and get that out of the way.][

-Mimi nodded, running her hands through those matted locks of hair. She nodded a bit, glancing over her shoulder at right.- You're right...at least he went out with a bang. An honorable death for a warrior.

-With a heavy sigh, she offered the demon the bravest smile she could muster. It was the most she could do.- Yes... a decent burial is the most we can do.

Turn just a litte.. No, shut up! If Hakan could, he would smash his head into the ground. Now wasn't the time to be thinking of such things, Hakan! Giving a long sigh, Hakan hung his head, before he finally removed his black t-shirt, and drapped it over her head.

Finally, with some struggle, a zip would be heard! What was Hakan thinking, undressing at a time like this!? He was providing Mimi some clothes, that's what. If the female feline continued to prance around nude, Hakan would never get any work done mentally. "They're going to be really baggy, but they'll cover you at least.." He would mumble, now sitting there clad in a pair of shoes, socks, and boxers. It was nice of him and all.. But Hakan hated the fact that he was practically nude.

"I'll say." ..At least he was honest? The tired, half dead teenager was hurt, and wanted nothing more then to rest. One should forgive his grumpy attitude, that's how Hakan got when sleepy. "I must look like a doofus." And that he did.

With little warning, he began to try to stand up. He, as a matter of fact, made it to his feet! Now, now it was a matter of walking, something he didn't have the power to do. With knees made of jello, he could only stare down the path at the hotel. "Nn.."

Duellist and Taryn had both already vanished, Taryn carrying the injured vampire back to the coffin. That last spell had singed him quite considerably, and he hadn't wished for anyone to see underneath his jacket, see what lay there.

Bertram, however, was lying flat on his back. As the sun rose, he had managed to shift back to human form. But that was it. He had used up almost all of his limited wraithy powers last night, trying to protect the ones he cared for. He was living on borrowed energy, and he knew it.

It would just be nice if someone else knew it as well. It's not that he wanted to be a hero, it's just... it would be nice, just once, to be appreciated for his work. He pulled himself up, dizzily. 'I hate the day.'

But this time, at least, the dawn was cleansing.

-At first, she'd felt proud. There she was, doing something good and all by herself too... despite the obvious death of a friend and dissapearance of another, not to mention injuries she had yet to notice.

But then the pride went to hell, as well as the faint smile that had begun to creep along her lips when Hakan dozing off.- Damn you!!

-Still, she struggled, tripping and slipping with every other step as she dragged his sorry a** back to the hotel.-
