maybe you just need more rest...*kaiori frowns slightly but smiles* I'll be back tomorrow to check on you but tonight I'm letting Pet shadow travel me to the goddess's temple *kaiori seemed very happy at this point* see you soon ! oh and here ! *kaiori shuffles into the kitchen and brings out a tray of different foods and drinks, she sets it in perfect reach of his good arm* there if you have any trouble Pet will know..*kaiori rolls her eyes slightly* don't ask me how he does it he..just does *she laughs lightly as Pet walks out of the kitchen, he grumbles and rolls his eyes in return and fades with her into the shadows*((nighty ^_^))

You're probably right sweatdrop I'll try to catch up on that. *He blinked and looked at the tray* ^^; I'll be fine... really.... *He waved lightly* All right. Oyasuminasai. *He watched the two go* Hmm.... well I get to be house guard for the night. *He heard a crash* ~_~ *huff* it'll be a long one. Fenton!

*Than laughed lightly, watching Fenton cautiously eat a piece of sandwich that Than had offered him. The sandwich seemed foreign to the fur ball, so he was being careful* hehehe ^-^ *Than was now able to see everything clearly. His eye was better and his body wasn't in as much pain now. He could sit upright with little trouble... but his legs still refused to function*

*Fenton was now happily sleeping against the arm of the couch, fur slowly rising a falling. Than was more or less awake while he leaned back against the couch* Hmm.... *He looked to the door. Kai and Pet had been gone quite a while. He remembered how happy Kai looked about going to the goddess's temple... so he figured she must've been enjoying herself. Than smiled and just leaned back* I worry too much ~_~

*Pet walks in from a shadow with a yawn, he had a couple bags full of food and other things, he sets them down and looks around the room*

*Pet nods to Than* greetings....kaiori will be staying a little longer then first planned *he picks up the bags and moves into the kitchen to set the things away, he was unhappy, he stuffed the random objects into the fridge and freezer, Pet rubbed the sides of his head, he had given kaiori many reasons to stay at the temple but only two had kept her there, the fact that the goddess would heal her, if she stayed in the healing waters over night and the fact that the temple was a mess, of course kaiori would want to stay and clean it, he knew the longer she was safe the stonger she would feel ..but Galette would only get more ticked off*

I suppose she has things to do sweatdrop And if you're comfortable leaving her there then I'm sure she's safe ^^ *He chuckled* I have that much faith in you, at least, when it comes to Kai's safety. *He said affirmatively, in an attempt eliminate tension between him and Pet. Than still remembered when Pet had tried to stop him from going after Kai at the citadel... and he also remembered that he'd berserked and attacked Pet, which was the worser memory*.....

*Pet walks out again, he didn't trust Than, then again he didn't trust any man around kai..because of what she was.... he was very protective with her because kaiori had made him happy, he was the father she'd never had and she was the end to his silent and dark world* how are you ?

*He turned and looked right at Pet. Apart from the new bandages that Pet - the sneaky devil - had put on, Than was still in the undershorts Kai have found him in and the blanket* Besides worried, I'm fine. My eye's working fine again and I'm not in pain anymore. sweatdrop Heh... I'm still trying to figure out what I can do to get myself moving again. *Than was of course referring to his immobile legs*

*Pet sits down in "his" chair and grunts* I would heal you with my own magic but dragon magic only works on dragons... and I would have taken you to the temple... but the goddess only favors women...you seem to be in a fix *Pet folds his hands under his chin*

It would take some different level of healing for sure to reattach my spinal column right sweatdrop Hehe.... maybe I'll have to get mechanical legs now. *As soon as he said that, he wished he hadn't* Anno..... anyway I'm glad she's somewhere safe where she can heal. *Than let himself fall back down on the couch*

*Pet pulls down his book from the counter and starts to read it but glances up at Than* same.... *Pet was confused about Than, he had yet to find out what he wanted from kai and that only made him worry more*

*All Pet would get in return from Than was a smile. Than brought up his hand to his face and stared at his palm*...hmm... *Than closes his eyes and starts concentrating. He was trying to bring his aura back up. The only thing different about his aura from when Kai last checked it would be that it had grown slightly fainter*

Hnn.... *Than had been trying for a little bit now. Finally, a faint gold glow starts to encircle his hand* Hah! I knew it couldn't all be gone..... Ah! *Than yelped as the aura went erratic and "exploded" on his hand* >< *Than draws in a breath through his teeth, shook his hand, and then bit down on the back of his hand to distract himself* ><kuso *It felt like one hundred pins had just pricked the inside and outside of his hand*
