Seth chuckles slightly in a 'what have i gotten myself into' kind of way, then makes up his mind on a routine and gets down on the floor to do sit-ups.

Sethos always prefers taking a morning run to other ways of warming himself up, but at least he doesn't feel like he just rolled out of bed anymore, and breakfast smells good, so he stops exercising and goes into the kitchen.
