Kyle also had a reputation of being in the moral grey when it came to individuals of the feminine sex, and rather unfortunately she fell into that gender category. It took a bit of effort for Lavi not to go over and punch Kyle in the face, frustrated with his inability to just listen to people and take their word for it when they say something has to stay a secret. He made a movement as if wanting to strangle him before composing himself again, breathing deeply and calmly. "There is someone who would care quite a lot if he knew and I'd rather not find out what happens if he does. So just... forget you ever saw any of this, please." He'd said the word as if it left a bad taste in his mouth.
At the offer of a deal, Lavi raised a skeptical eyebrow, not liking the sound of that at all, especially with the way Kyle was grinning at them. Uneasiness rose in his stomach and he glared at the young man, expecting him to come up with something terrible. "What kind of 'deal'...? You'd better be careful in choosing the next few words to come out of your mouth if I were you..."
