Skylar Cross Skylar laughed as Mort instantly jumped up when banana was mentioned. "I'll have a Caesar salad please" she said turning her gaze to the waiter. When he left she picked up her water and took a sip. She noticed Sako not stutter and smiled but didn't say anything thinking that if she did he would accidentally start again "I have a question. Is Mort able to understand me? Or just you?"she asked curiously. Hopefully thinking that Sako wouldn't Mind her asking.

Skylar Cross "ah okay makes sense" she said folding her hands together. She began thinking about what to do next after this. She still had to rent a apartment for school and then find a partner to be able to start doing some missions or money, even though she's able to fit without a partner

Skylar Cross Skylar tapped her fingers on the table waiting or the food to come not minding the silence between them. There food shortly came and Skylar began to mix the salad with the dressing. "So what made you want to go to the DWMA?" she asks before taking a bite.

" what oh ah i decided to join when those villagers from the i told you up tried to take my head but my parents protected me to the last breath thier only crime was that they lived me but before that they told about the dwma and said we were going to move to death city at some point but it seems that im the only one who made " he said looking a little depressed taking a bite his salad and thinking what would have happened if they got him but decided to get back to reality.

Skylar Cross "I'm sorry or your loss Sako. I didn't mean to bring up bad memories" she said looking at Sako with a comforting expression. She took another bite of her salad not sure what to say.

Skylar Cross Skylar smiled "good I'm glad" she said taking a sip of her water. She returned to her salad and looked up to see Sako about to slap himself but stopped before he could. "nice catch" she did with a little laugh.

" thanks sometimes... sometimes i think my left hand has a mind of its own and enjoys slapping me in the face " he said drinking whats left of his water and looked in the inside pocket of his jacket to find his wallet and looked inside to find 10 dollers " oh hey i can pay for my and morts meal " he said happily and relieved
