"And what reason would they have to join WAS?" He asked above a whisper, the question directed upon himself.

At the sight of her static surging through her hand and accumulating to form Dark brought a hand up and covered his hand first in his aura, then in his flames. "I won't need my step; I'll just burn you into nothing." In reflection he expelled the flames in equal size to Lexus's attack, jumping quickly into the air right after.

With equal strength the forms of energy and nature fused together and spun around each other, mixing purple and black together in an unstable ball of energy. Black electrical shocks would mildly tear at the ground in its immediate area before bursting in an explosion of flames and electricity, breaking the ground it had hovered upon and forming a thick cloud of smoke.

Dark, still airborne, watched as the cloud had gathered, and without knowing whether Lexus had moved away or not breathed a hail of fireballs that would pop upon impact- only charring whatever it hit- into the smoke that now spread.

Dark kept his eyes fixated in the smoke until finally Lexus shot up at him, his fireballs only flickering in tiny explosions around the barrier that she had put around her. As she drew closer, his breaths became more frantic, trying to push her away with bigger balls of fire but it was already too late.

The thing is about coming down on a free fall, you couldn't dodge. His aura spread from his feet to his entire body instantly, covering him in a defensive film while he used his arm to block her kick as best he could, but without balance Dark was pushed away and came crashing down to the ground, skidding a few yards before rolling sideways and adjusting himself so he could stand. His aura worked great in absorbing the impact, but it shouldn't be abused. Unscathed Dark directed his eyes towards Lexus and ran to a sprint upon her free fall.

Dark kick-stepped, vanishing in a seconds notice and seen shooting towards Lexus with a savage kicked aimed towards her side, his aura working to improve his power. Even with her shield he would push her back.

His mind began to grow fuzzy as the static that Lexus sent, the surge running rampant through his defense as he was pulled down with Lexus. Unable to keep his body from listening he was caught tumbling against the ground while Lexus kept herself afloat.

Little by little he rose to his feet, the shock slowly going away. Though he was kept from harm most of the time, he would often feel some sort of impact. He started with one knee then the other to gradually stand.

"I don't have to answer that." Truth was they had limited space back underground. This was a more open area so it was easier for him to fight and utilize most of his abilities. The static finally wore off, and he lowered the shield around himself. "I suppose..I shouldn't underestimate you, right?"

He kicked off the ground in a bounce, and continued to bounce. "How fast are you?" He questioned, still bouncing. "I hope you can keep up.." In his last bounce he suddenly slowed, afterimages following him down until he touched the ground. Again, like his kick-steps he disappeared.

In rapid successions the ground burst with quickened steps, like a galloping horse, towards Lexus's direction in a breakneck speed. He clearly wasn't visible, but the steps indicated where he was if one could keep track. He past her, intentionally missing while the steps continued to gallop forward. It curved between two houses and continued in a full circle in seconds. Using the momentum of his Infinity Step, whenever Dark got close he would aim a hook to her jaw.

Shin smiled at her his eyes shined brighter from the power he felt."Yeah the stronger the moon light it gives me power i don't know about other demons.Yes i think we should go back come on this is fun" he said.He ran by her and picked her up he was having alot of fun he was never this happy he was laughing and everything.He kept turning looking down each way as he went through the maze he put her down and started rubbing his head."Ok left or right you pick this time" he said with a s smile.

Nila was about to start walking back when she felt Shin pick her up and start laughing. She started laughing as well, but held on to him for fear of being dropped. After being placed on the ground again, she said, "Why don't we try left?" and pointed in that direction.

"Um...thank you," she said, and blushed slightly. Nila grinned when he made a fire ball. She took her hands and started to make ice, but realized she couldn't do much. "Hm." She moved her hand farther away from Shin's fire and tried again; the ice was bigger this time. "There we go." she held it up for Shin to see. "They're opposites," she giggled. "Heat and cold."
