Yoruichi smirked at Takumi. "You think me human, Takumi? That is a very naive view of me then. I am no more merely human than Raja or Yachioshi." She said, tenderly caressing Yachioshi's chin and gesturing to Raja. Yoruichi had become more, or perhaps less than human ever since she had tamed her beast. Now she was something in the middle, but neither on either side. Yoruichi crossed her arms over her chest, drumming her fingers against her arm for a moment. "Takumi, you'll be working with me, for I see something in you that makes you more or less of what you really are." She said, purposely speaking in a confusing way. Matatabi had sensed it from within the boy, as did Yoruichi. They'd tap into that power soon enough. "Until then, why don't you go on and take a few missions, none that involve you leaving the village though. Try and get whatever training you can in as well, I will call upon you when I am ready." She said, dismissing the 'boy'.
"Once you have everything taken from you, what to do have left? The drive to take it all back!."

"Your a evolved species of apes, not a tiger or dog. But you should already know what you evolved from, from germs, to fish to monkeys to apes to gorilla then to cavemen and human. Although now you have tried to evolve by being one with another creature, very possible so I accept you are half human and half whatever your friend is." Takumi smiled, then raised a eyebrow, he'd be working with her? She was defintly confusing now so he turned and scurried to the door like he usually did. "Do not leave the village hm, now I just want to cause her trouble. Might as well do some missions." "What kind of missions can I take?" He asked, looking back at her, once he got his answer, D rank missions he nodded and scurried off to go do some or even find out where to get them. ❈ If you can't, well it's not really you I'm singing to. ❈

Kaito was getting a little antsy before they entered the Hokage's actual office. He'd never actually met her before, and now he'd have to stand before her awaiting a response. The boy wasn't sure why he was so nervous, really he was sure he had nothing to be nervous about. Maybe it was just the fact she was the most important, and powerful ninja in the entire leaf village? Either way, each step closer he got to opening that door, and facing Lady Hokage, the worse his nervousness got. "Ugh... I hate having butterflies in my stomach.. It's the worst!" Upon reaching the door, Kaito gulped, inhaled a breath of fresh air, then entered the building.
Kazuhiko led the way, Kaito following close behind. It wasn't a long wlk until they actually reached her actual room door. Now the butterflies were really driving him crazy. The genin almost felt scared because he was so nervous. "Here goes nothing.." Kazu opened the door, and Kaito closed it behind them. He stood right next to his partner for this mission, patiently awaiting the Hokage to respond.

Raja the sabertooth tiger had took to resting in a corner of the room located left of the door. He was rather large and seemed quite menacing due to his more reserved nature. Yachioshi the wolf happily bounded about the office as Yoruichi concentrated on doing some paper work. Raja sighed as the door opened once more, but sat up in alert when the boy Kazuhiko entered with another creature. Yoruichi's golden eyes quickly examined the boy who seemed older than he really was. She gauged that he was a genin by his chakra source and finished up reading her report just as he spoke and put the cat upon her desk. Rather than shying away from her the cat rushed forth and rubbed its head against her palm. Yoruichi smiled in a motherly way and affectionately patted the cat upon the head. "Now I hope these boys weren't too rough on you?" She asked, looking directly at the cat. Yoruichi was very special, aside from her demon and clan she had an innate ability to speak with animals. The cat began to clean its paws and Yoruichi nodded her head in an understanding way. She handed over the payment for the two boys once Kaito decided to enter as well.
Before she spoke Yoruichi sat back in her chair, lacing her fingers together and looking intently at them. While she did this Yachioshi danced between them, licking at their fingers and wagging his tail for all to see. Yoruichi was indeed a fine specimen. She had an unusual skin tone for one around Konoha, letting off the fact that she was not from around here. Her eyes were gold and seemed to shine and reflect light at certain angles, much like a cat. The Inuzuka clan markings covered her two cheeks, but only seemed to add to her ferocious beauty. Her eyes locked onto Kazuhiko's and then Kaito's as she spoke to them in turn. "Kazuhiko Masukawa, and Kaito Arata." She said, a smile spreading to her face. Yoruichi had been studying the rosters and was proud to have memorized the shinobi now. She stood up, placing her hands behind her back as she walked a bit around the desk. It would be evident that she was rather short, but had a perfectly in shape body. "I am Yoruichi Shihouin, the new Hokage. It is a pleasure to meet you boys, and I thank you for catching the cat." She said, gesturing for Yachioshi to come to her. The wolf responded instantly and padded his way to her, circling once before sitting at her side. "I apologize for his behavior, Yachioshi just loves to be around people. Now, is there something I can help you boys with?" She asked, looking at them inquisitively.
"Once you have everything taken from you, what to do have left? The drive to take it all back!."

Though he knew there was nothing to be worried about, it was safe to say that Kaito was more than slightly intimidated by the Hokage's wild animals. The Hokage herself didn't seem too very scary, actually she looked as though she were a nice woman. The animals to Kaito.... we'll let's just say he kept daydreaming about them viciously tearing him apart and eating him for some early din din... And that didn't seem like a good time.
The lady began speaking to her cat like every animal owner does. Asking strange questions like 'are you okay? did they hurt you?' Or the traditional 'Are you hungry?' Like the animals would talk back or something. Kaito was guilty of this himself even, it was a strange though to think about, and even a stranger time now. He needed to quit thinking about such stupid things in these situations. A few moments after she said those words, she handed the boys their Ryo for the completed mission. A small grin quickly shot across his face, realizing he mad 200 ryo. It wasn't much, but it was just the fact that he earned that money through a quick mission.
"Kazuhiko Masukawa, and Kaito Arata." The Hokage really managed to catch the Genin off guard by knowing their names. They were just lowly genin.. who really cared about their names? She then proceeded to introduce herself, and thank them for finding her cat. She spoke with a nice, well mannered voice. In a way it sort of calmed him down. Stuff just felt more relaxed at this point, and Kaito was calm enough to respond to their village leader. "N-nice to meet you too, Lady Hokage." He studdered a bit starting out, but at least he finished the sentence strong. Kazuhiko began speaking soon after, talking about ranking up and honing his skills. Kaito would only nod his head in agreement, he wanted the same thing for the time being. Eventually his goal would change to something bigger, and better. But for now, that would be the first step of his final plan. "But uh yeah, speaking about rank advancement. Maybe we should start up another mission here soon, whadda y'think?"

Yoruichi smiled at the responses of the boys, and was happy to see that they were both so eager to get some missions done. Not only was it good for them to earn some pocket money it would help generate money in the village. She quickly picked out the D-rank mission scroll and tossed it to Kazuhiko before speaking. Yoruichi took another glance at the two boys for a moment, finding it interesting to see how they reacted to having such large beasts in the office. She did not do it to intimidate people and she had been getting mixed reactions all day. Some people adored them and some were scared out of their wits. Raja's blue eyes twinkled as he looked once at Kaito and then once at Yoruichi. She smirked at him and then began to speak. "You boys may do as many D-Rank missions as your little bodies can handle. Come back when you're ready for something higher ranking and I will see what I can do about that." She said, oddly calling them small when she herself was shorter than most people in the village. Yoruichi was counting that as a dismissal to the two boys, but then suddenly spoke out to Kaito. "They know when you're scared you know, but you shouldn't be worried about them. They're harmless until I give the command." She said, raising one eyebrow and smirking at him. Raja did not move, but Yachioshi barked as if punctuating her sentence, happily wagging his tail and barely able to stay still.

♫ kami sama kono uta ga kikoeru kai anata ga nozonde inakutemo ♫ A little sneaky monkey slipped in through the cracked open door, up to the fire head and defintly up his leg and onto his back to get good height over the people and animals in the office. "You still owe me chocolate for giving you that cat~ Hi purple lady!" He waved to the hokage who was 'purple lady' to him. His tail swished a bit while he thought, he was suppose to tell her something now what was it? That she had some left over salad in her teeth? That their was a pimple on her forehead? Her cats were shedding? No...oh yeah! "Hey purple lady, I did two of those D-rank missions for you, I caught the kitty and walked a doggie, did I do good?" He smiled big, hoping to impress. ❈ If you can't, well it's not really you I'm singing to. ❈

Lexi entered through the office doors casually, acting all cool like. She knew how famous and powerful this Hokage person was, but in reality she felt just a bit uneasy. However, that was on the inside, not the outside. The place was so big, Lexi seemed to be lost and had no idea where she was supposed to go. Her eyes searched to the left and then the right. She wondered which way it made have been. But since she was terrible with directions, she knew she'd never know. So instead, she just yelled out. That being plan be if she failed to find it. Which she did.
"Hello?? I defeated a clone of myself!"
She yelled out into the quiet eerie hallways. Hoping she wouldn't have to stand there for hours waiting. She was pretty impatient and jittery.

Yachioshi the wolf perked his ears up and pranced out of the office, looking at Lexi with a perplexed look. The wolf pranced over to Lexi and rubbed his side against her a few times before moving behind her to push against her legs. He would keep doing so until she followed his path into the Hokage's office. Yoruichi felt as if there was a migraine coming on from the influx of people entering her office. She knew the job was stressful but this was getting a bit crazy. She had heard the girl Lexi and dug into her desk, digging out 400 Ryo and handing it over to the girl. She directed her attention to Takumi and smiled at him, suddenly getting an idea. Takumi was a chuunin, and Yoruichi had a job that needed taking care of. She reached into her desk and pulled out a sealed envelope with the Shihouin Family Seal on it. There was a name scrawled into it which read 'Tatsuya Tatsuka' and nothing more. The envelope seemed a bit hefty as it made a bit of a thump when Yoruichi placed it on the desk. "Yes Takumi-kun, you've done a good job. I do have a mission for you and...Kazuhiko to undertake. I need you two to travel to Kumogakure and deliver this message to the Raikage for me. This envelope is top secret and not to be looked at by anyone other than the Raikage himself." She said, pushing the envelope towards Takumi. "You're the chuunin, so you're in lead of this mission." She said, hoping Takumi understood what this meant. Kazuhiko's life was in his hands if anything went wrong.

"Got it! No looking in envelope till raikage-san see's it! Come on firehead, lets go~! Hokage-san wants her love letter sent!" He didn't think it could be anything else so he said it might of been a love letter. ❈ If you can't, well it's not really you I'm singing to. ❈
