little mintchan is a chuunin able to learn A ranked techinques if so how many or if all?

When you create a character in this guild you choose a Profession and two ninja types along with many other things. In order to use Sealing techniques she would require 'Sealing Master' as a type, in her particular case, she would need Medical Ninja as her Profession, this leaves one Type left to choose which means she could pick 'Speed' type to Augment her speed or 'Tactical Type' to make learning jutsus take less time and augment her reaction speed or choose whatever she wants as her second type.

Oh those things lol so many new terminologies. Still confused where does jutsu like Sand and Sound fall into all this?

Augoeides bb3000ae Hikaro_rin another question! are there any sealing jutsus? or is the sealing master still useless? and does its still count against your elements? and another! if you have a bloodline like Mokuton that gives you 3 elements (suiton, doton and mokuton) do you start with them or have to earn them normally? does that take up all your possible slots? I was wondering this to. My sisters is interested in joining, but she was a Mokuton Medical Ninja and a Master Sealer. So is it possible for someone to be a Medical Ninja with Mokuton Bloodline and Sealing perk taking up the sub element spot? As I understand it, such a combinbation is possible. If I remember correctly she could apply for Mokuton and if accepted would have Earth and Water as her starting elements and gain the Combination release as a third element at Chuunin I believe, then she could take Sealing Master as a type and thus get Seals as her Jounin Element AND she could also take Medical as her Profession which gives Medical jutsu as a BONUS element seperate from the others. She would still have one type slot open too. you dont get mokuton untill chuunin? but there are genin ranked jutsus for it...

You can only have ototon((Sound)) if you are from Otokagakure. Same for sand you ahve to be from suna. Kusa ((Grass) you have to be from kusagakure. Sensory falls under sound.

Either you get the two bases and the combination release at Academy and no Chuunin Element (this sound more right to me now that I think about it) OR the low level jutsu are just low level jutsu for the element. I'm pretty sure it is the first reason, and I was just being old and forgetful. Cobra: A fine choice in Types.

Oh yet again I can't use my grass element, but it all good sealing so much better. Speaking of does anyone in the guild know sealing? I didn't see sealing jutsu in the jutsu section and the rule of sealing jutsu is you must be taught you can't self learn them.

We are still working on adding a Fuinjutsu list, though you are welcome to submit custom Fuinjutsu to be looked over

Well I created the Sealing Jutsu for NUR, their about 40 some odd sealing jutsu in it. Just would need to know who to submit it to, it a bit unorganized im afraid. Me and my partner created the list very late at night sweatdrop

Lance Fulgurant you could simply submit them all to the custom jutsu acceptance topic, or you could pm the list to me, or you could do both, not really sure which will be the quickest method Well shouldn't mister captain know these things lol i kid i kid. I shall clean it up, add a little more detail and submit them to the customs little by little to not overwhelm them, then just donate it to the guild. Sound good?
